|a استخدمت العديد من تطبيقات الهواتف المحمولة في قطاع المكتبات والمعلومات، وتعرف هذه التطبيقات بأنها برمجيات تعمل على الهواتف يقوم المستفيد بتحميلها من ما يسمى بالمخزن أو المتجر المحمول Mobile store وقد استخدمت على مستوى المكتبات بمختلف أنواعها: العامة والمتخصصة والأكاديمية والمدرسية والوطنية، أو على مستوى أخصائي المكتبات والمعلومات حيث أنتج العديد من التطبيقات لمساعدتهم على تطوير مهاراتهم، وكذلك أنتجت تطبيقات من قبل دور النشر بغرض التسويق لمنتجاتها وقد حاولت الباحثة من خلال هذه الدراسة إعداد مراجعة علمية لموضوع استخدامات تطبيقات الهواتف المحمولة في مؤسسات المعلومات المختلفة للتعرف على هذه الاستخدامات بالاعتماد على المنهج المسحي لمسح الإنتاج الفكري المنشور في هذا المجال في الفترة من 2006 – 2018 سواء في شكل إلكتروني أو مطبوع وذلك في العالم العربي، والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وبعض الدول الغربية المنشور باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الإنتاج الفكري المنشور في هذا الموضوع قد انقسم إلى مجموعة من الموضوعات الرئيسية تناولت تطبيقات الخدمات المتنقلة، وتطبيقات الهواتف المحمولة، وتصميم التطبيقات وتقييمها وقد تنوعت الدراسات المنشورة ما بين مقالات الدوريات ورسائل علمية واتخذت هذه الدراسات في البداية نهجا نظريا للتعريف بالتطبيقات واستخداماتها ثم النهج التطبيقي للتطبيق الفعلي وبناء تطبيقات لمؤسسات المعلومات المختلفة.

|f Many mobile applications have been used in the library and information sector. These applications are known as software that works on phones that the beneficiary downloads from the app store. These apps have been used at the level of libraries of various types: public, specialized, academic, school, and national, or at the level of the library and information specialists. Many apps have been produced to help them develop their skills. Publishing houses have also produced applications for the purpose of marketing their products. Through this study, the researcher tried to prepare a scientific review of the use of mobile applications in various information institutions to identify these uses, based on the survey method of surveying the intellectual production published in this field from 2006 to 2018, both in electronic or printed form in the Arab world, the United States of America, and some Western countries, published in Arabic and English. The study found that the intellectual production published on this topic was divided into a set of key topics dealing with mobile services applications, mobile applications, and application design and evaluation. The published studies varied between journal articles and scientific papers. These studies initially took a theoretical approach to define applications and their uses and then the applied approach to actual application and building applications for different information institutions. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021
