|a يتعين أن يراعى أي تقييم لإسهام "ديفيد إيستون" في علم السياسة تقييمه هو نفسه الذاتي لما قدمه من إسهام، وهو التقييم الذي برز في أكثر من موضع في كتاباته. وبأخذ هذا بعين الاعتبار، بداية من علاقة الحركة السلوكية بعلم السياسة، ثم بشأن اقترابه النظمي بين الاقترابات السلوكية عامة؛ لنصل إلى نتيجة مفادها أن نظرية "إيستون" للنظم هي الإنجاز المتوج لجهد استهدف تطوير فهم فلسفي أو علمي للحياة السياسية. وعليه، للتفكير في أي نقد تم توجيهه إلى نظرية النظم، يتعين أولا العودة إلى مصدرها الرئيس الذي لا يمكن قصره على مفاهيم مبسطة أولية كالمدخلات والمخرجات وعملية التغذية العكسية، خاصة أن "إيستون" نفسه قدم أكثر من طرح على مدار قرابة الخمس عشرة سنة ليقدم نظريته في شكلها النهائي ويدافع عن الطرح الذي قدمه على مدى قرابة العقدين من الزمان. \nلذلك تحاول هذه الورقة الاقتراب من النظرية وطرح ذات المفاهيم التي طرحها في كتابه "تحليل نظمي للحياة السياسية " A system analysis of political life، والصادر عام 1965، كخطوة حتمية وجوبية سابقة على أي نقد من الممكن أن يقدم إلى النظرية. ولعل العودة إلى قراءة تلك النظريات الغربية في العلوم السياسية متطلبا من متطلبات ليس فقط الفهم أو النقد، لكن ضرورة للفهم من أجل فتح آفاق جديدة أوسع لابتكار أو خلق نظريات "عربية" السياق صالحة التطبيق من أجل دراسة الظواهر السياسية، بعيدا عن تأثيرات المدارس الغربية. \n

|f Any assessment of David Easton's contribution to politics must take into account his own self-assessment of his contribution, which has emerged in more than one place in his writings. With this in mind, from the relationship of the behavioral movement to the science of politics, then on his systemic approach between behavioral approaches in general, to Easton's theory of systems is the culmination of an effort that sought to develop a philosophical or scientific understanding of political life. Therefore, to reflect on any criticism that has been directed at the theory of systems, it is first necessary to return to its main source, which cannot be limited to initial simplified concepts such as input, output, and feedback process, especially since Easton himself has made more than one offering over the course of nearly fifteen years before presenting his theory in its final form and defending his offering over nearly two decades. \nTherefore, this paper tries to get closer to the theory and put forward the same concepts that he put forward in his book "A Systems Analysis of Political Life," published in 1965, as an inevitable and obligative step prior to any criticism that may be presented to the theory. Perhaps going back to reading those Western theories of political science requires not only understanding or criticism, rather it is necessary to understand in order to open up new and broader horizons to innovate or create "Arab" theories of the context that are valid in order to study political phenomena, away from the influence of Western schools. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021
