المستخلص: لم يعد الاهتمام بالتنمية وقضاياها مجرد اختيار للدول بل أصبح هناك ضرورة حتمية وملحة تفرضها التغيرات التي يعيشها اليوم العالم بأسره، وفي ضوء مراجعة وتقييم خبرات التنمية في الدول النامية والتي اعتمدت التنمية في الغالبية العظمى من خبراتها على الحكومات شاركها في ذلك بشكل أكثر إيجابية المجتمع المدني ممثلا في الجمعيات الأهلية، ولما كان للجمعيات الأهلية أدوار متعددة ومنها المشاركة في التنمية من خلال المشروعات متناهية الصغر التي تقدمها، لذلك سعت تلك الدراسة إلى تحقيق هدف رئيسي يتمثل في: التعرف على تأثير برنامج التدخل المهني لطريقة تنظيم المجتمع لبناء ودعم قدرات الجمعيات الأهلية في توجيه المنح نحو المشروعات متناهية الصغر، وسوف يتم تحقيقه من خلال: 1— بناء ودعم القدرات التنظيمية للجمعية. 2— بناء ودعم القدرة الفنية للعاملين بالجمعية. 3— بناء ودعم قدرة المستفيدين القائم بالمشروعات متناهية الصغر. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى صحة فرضها الرئيسي القائل بأنه من المتوقع وجود علاقة بين برنامج التدخل المهني لطريقة تنظيم المجتمع وبناء قدرات الجمعيات الأهلية في توجيه المنح المقدمة إليها من الجهات المانحة نحو المشروعات متناهية الصغر.

The interest in development and its issues is no longer a mere choice of countries. Rather, it has become an inevitable and urgent necessity imposed by the changes that the entire world is experiencing today, and in light of reviewing and evaluating development experiences in developing countries, which have adopted development in the vast majority of their experiences on governments, they have participated in this in a more positive way, represented by civil society. In civil societies, and since civil societies have multiple roles, including participation in development through the micro-projects that they offer, this study sought to achieve a major goal of: Identifying the impact of the professional intervention program of the method of community organization to build and support the capacities of NGOs in directing grants Towards micro-projects, and it will be achieved through: 1- Building and supporting the organizational capabilities of the association. 2- Building and supporting the technical capacity of the association’s workers. 3- Building and supporting the capacity of the beneficiaries in charge of micro-projects. The study reached the validity of its main assumption that there is expected to be a relationship Demonstrate the professional intervention program for the method of community organization and building the capacities of NGOs in directing the grants offered to them by the donors towards projects Nahia Al-Saghir.
