المستخلص: 1- مشكلة الدراسة: يعد التطوع جزء من الخبرة الإنسانية، بمعنى أن تتطوع هو أن تعمل وبداخلك اتجاه نحو المسئولية الاجتماعية تجاه شيء معين، دون النظر إلى أي منفعة مادية، كما يعني التطوع أيضا أداء الشخص لأعمال أخرى غير التزاماته الأساسية. 2- أهمية الدراسة: - تمر الجمعيات الأهلية في هذه المرحلة بالعديد من الصعوبات إما لضعف التمويل أو قلة المتطوعين، فلا بد من إلقاء الضوء على أسباب هذه الندرة التطوعية. - الشباب عامة والشباب الجامعي خاصة هم وقود هذه الأمة، لذا لابد من تحفيز روح التطوع والبذل والعطاء في نفوسهم. 3- أهداف الدراسة: - تحديد مدى قدرة الجمعية على تحقيق أهداف المتطوعين. - تحديد مدى قدرة الجمعية على تحقيق أهداف المجتمع وهيئاته المحلية. - تحديد مدى معرفة الشباب الجامعي لأهمية التطوع. 4- تساؤلات الدراسة: - ما مدى قدرة الجمعية على تحقيق أهداف المتطوعين. - ما مدى قدرة الجمعية على تحقيق أهداف المجتمع وهيئاته؟ - ما مدى معرفة الشباب الجامعي لأهمية التطوع؟ 5- الاستراتيجية المنهجية للدراسة: - نوع الدراسة: وصفية. - نوع المنهج المستخدم: المسح الاجتماعي - أداة جمع البيانات: -الاستبيان -المناقشات مجالات الدراسة: = المجال المكاني: عدد (8) من الجمعيات الأهلية = المجال البشري: عدد (98) = المجال الزمني: من يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 2019/4/16 إلى 2019/4/30.

1- The study problem Volunteering is part of the human experience, meaning that volunteering is to work with within you a tendency towards social responsibility towards a specific thing, without regard to any material benefit, as volunteering also means the person's performance of work other than his basic obligations. 2-The importance of the study -NGOs are going through many difficulties at this stage, either due to lack of funding or a lack of volunteers, so it is necessary to shed light on the reasons for this scarcity of volunteering. -Youth in general and university youth in particular are the fuel of this nation.
