المستخلص: تناولت الدراسة مدى تطبيق قوانين برونو للخدمات المرجعية في المكتبات العامة المصرية من قبل أخصائيي المراجع العاملين بها، ومدى علمهم بتلك القوانين، كما تناولت الدراسة أيضا مدى كفاية تلك القوانين لنجاح المقابلة المرجعية من وجهة نظر المستفيدين من الخدمات المرجعية بالمكتبات العامة المصرية محل الدراسة، ومن وجهة نظر أخصائيي المراجع أيضا، واتخذت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي منهجا لها، معتمده على الاستبانات وقائمة المراجعة كأدوات للدراسة، وتم تطبيق الدراسة على المكتبات العامة التابعة لقطاع شئون الإنتاج الثقافي، والمكتبات العامة التابعة لمنظومة مكتبات مصر العامة، والمكتبات العامة التابعة لجمعية مصر للثقافة وتنمية المجتمع، ومن أهم ما خلصت إليه الدراسة أن جميع قوانين برونو للخدمات المرجعية باستثناء القانون الخامس، والعاشر، والحادي عشر مطبقة في المكتبات العامة المصرية من قبل أخصائيي المراجع العاملين بها، وأن أغلب أخصائيي المراجع على علم بقوانين برونو، وأن أغلب المستفيدين من الخدمات المرجعية وجميع أخصائيي المراجع العاملين بالمكتبات العامة عينة الدراسة يرون أن قوانين برونو كافية لنجاح المقابلة المرجعية، ومن أهم توصيات الدراسة: أنه على أخصائيي المراجع العاملين بالمكتبات العامة المصرية ضرورة فتح قنوات اتصال بينهم وبين المستفيدين بعد انتهاء المقابلات المرجعية، وإرسال معلومات تتعلق بأسئلتهم السابقة. وعليهم أيضا العمل على تحطيم أية حواجز فاصلة بينهم وبين المستفيدين من الخدمات المرجعية.

The study examined the extent of application of Bruno's laws for reference services in Egyptian public libraries by reference specialists working in them, and the extent of their knowledge of these laws. The study also examined the adequacy of these laws for the success of the reference interview from the point of view of the beneficiaries of the reference services in the Egyptian public libraries under study and from the point of view Reference specialists also, and the study took the descriptive and analytical approach as its approach, relying on questionnaires and checklist as tools for study, and the study was applied to the public libraries of the Cultural Production Affairs Sector and the public libraries of the Egyptian public libraries system and the public libraries of the Egypt Society for Culture and Community Development, One of the most important findings of the study is that all Bruno laws for reference services, with the exception of Laws five, tenth and eleventh, are applied in Egyptian public libraries by their reference specialists, and that most reference specialists are aware of Bruno's laws, and that most of the beneficiaries of reference services and all reference specialists working in libraries The general study sample believes that Bruno’s laws are sufficient for the success of the reference interview, and one of the most important recommendations of the study is that reference specialists working in Egyptian public libraries must open communication channels between them and the beneficiaries after the reference interviews are completed, and send information related to their previous questions. They must also work to break down any dividing barriers. Between them and the beneficiaries of the reference services.
