المستخلص: تمتاز العلاقات بين مصر وجيرانها من دول المغرب العربي أجمع بالعمق والأصالة منذ القدم؛ ولا غرو فقد جمعت بين سكان المنطقة روابط متعددة، وكان وقوع مصر على طريق الحج المغاربي عاملاً من عوامل تقوية الروابط بينها وبين دول المغرب العربي، ولا شك أن عدداً من أهل المغرب العربي قد استطابوا الإقامة في مصر لفترة من الزمن قد تطول أو تقصر، كما أن بعضهم قد اختارها موطناً بديلاً لوطنه الأصلي لما وجده فيها من أسباب الرزق ورغد العيش. وتعد أسرة الشيخ إبراهيم أنموذجاً مثالياً لمن استوطنها من الأسرات ذات الأصول المغربية، حيث مارست شتى أنواع النشاط الاقتصادي، وحققت ثروة كبيرة رفعتها إلى مصاف العائلات الكبرى في الثغر السكندري، وضمنت لما تملكه من أصول البقاء والدوام عن طريق وقفها وقفاً أهلياً أو خيرياً. ولقد كان التعليم هو الشغل الشاغل لأفراد هذه الأسرة في أجيالها الثلاثة الأولى بصفة خاصة، فقد كانوا هم أنفسهم علماء متعمقين في علوم الشريعة، كما حرصواْ على نشر العلم الديني في الإسكندرية من خلال المساجد التي أنشأوها أو جددوها، ومن خلال ما أنفقوه من أموال في سبيل نشر هذا النوع من التعليم خلال ثلاثة أرباع القرن التاسع عشر، إلى أن تنبه الأزهر أخيراً إلى أهمية هذه المدينة وضرورة تواجده فيها لتنظيم أمور التعليم الديني هناك والإشراف على شؤونه، فكان أن أنشئت مشيخة علماء الإسكندرية لتؤدي الدور الذي كانت تقوم به هذه الأسرة هناك. ولم يكن فضل هذه الأسرة على المجتمع السكندري مقصوراً على الجانب العلمي فقط، بل شمل جوانب خيرية أخرى مثل المحافظة على إقامة الشعائر الدينية، وبناء الأسبلة، وإعانة الفقراء المحتاجين، وكلها نشاطات تخدم هذا المجتمع.

The relations between Egypt and its neighbors from all over the Arabic Maghreb countries are distinguished and deep and original since ancient times; It is not surprising that the region's inhabitants brought together multiple ties, and the fact that Egypt was on the path of the Maghreb pilgrimage was a common factor in strengthening ties between it and the countries of the Maghreb. There is no doubt that some people of the Arab Maghreb have enjoyed residency in Egypt for a time that may be long or short, others have chosen it as a substitute for their native or origin country because of the livelihood and prosperity he found in it. The family of Sheikh Ibrahim Anmunga is ideal for those who settled in it from families of Moroccan origin, as it practiced various types of economic activity, and achieved a great wealth that brought it to the ranks of the major families in Alexandria and guaranteed what they possess of the assets of survival and permanence by stopping them a civil or charitable endowment. Education was the primary concern of the members of this family in its first three generations in particular. They themselves were in-depth scholars in the science of Sharia, and they were keen to spread religious knowledge in Alexandria through the mosques they established or renewed, and through the money they spent in order to This type of education was published during the three quarters of the nineteenth century, until Al-Azhar finally paid attention to the importance of this city and the necessity of its presence in it. Organizing matters of religious education there and supervising its affairs, so the sheikhdom of Alexandria scholars was established to play the role that this family was playing there. And the family’s advantage over the Alexandrian community was not limited to the scientific side only, but also included other charitable aspects such as preserving the establishment of religious rites, building saplings, and helping the poor in need, all of which are activities that serve this community.
