المستخلص: قيم المواطنة في تصور الدين الإسلامي والديانة المسيحية - قيمة العدل والمساواة أنموذجا- الحمد لله رب العالمين، وأفضل الصلاة وأتم التسليم على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين، وبعد: فيعتبر مفهوم المواطنة من المفاهيم الحضارية التي أفرزها الفكر الحديث من خلال النتاج الفكري للإنسان، ومن خلال تراكم المنجزات الحضارية والتي ساهمت في رفع الإنسان وجعلته قيمة عليا بعدما غاب وغيب لفترات طويلة وتحت مسميات مختلفة. ولقد تطور مفهوم المواطنة مع تطور المجتمعات البشرية، وبدأت الجماعات البشرية التي تقوم على تعاضد أفراد الجماعة الواحدة، لمواجهة التحديات التي قد تتعرض لها بالتكتل نظراً لشعور أفرادها بالحاجة إلى الآخرين، والعيش في جماعة ينتسب إليها. والمواطنة تتعدى العلاقات والروابط الاجتماعية كالعشائرية والمذهبية والقومية والعرقية والإثنية والدينية وغيرها، غير أن الفرد من حيث هو عضو في طائفة فهو موجود إذن في محيط يحيط به من جميع الجهات، وهذه الإحاطة الشاملة مفروضة عليه بصفة كيانية غير قابلة للنقاش، فهو الأبن للطائفة كما هو الأبن للعائلة، فالإنسان وفقا لذلك لا يختار طبيعة المجتمع الذي يولد فيه، أو نوع القومية التي ينتمي إليها، أو نمط الدين الذين يؤمن به، بيد أن انتماءه إلى حزب سياسي أو انتسابه إلى منظمة اجتماعية، أو انخراطه بنشاط جمعية ثقافية يأتي في سياق اختياره الذاتي، ورغبته الشخصية بعد أن يعتقد أن تلك النشاطات يمكنها أن تلبي جزء من طموحاته وتنسجم مع بعض ميوله وتطلعاته. وأما المواطنة فالإسلام، فقد عبر عنها النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بحب الوطن والارتباط به، بقوله لما هم بالخروج من مكة: ((ما أطيبك من بلد وأحبك إلى، لو لا أن قومك أخرجوني منك ما سكنت غيرك)) وروي أنه عليه الصلاة والسلام نظر ذات مرة إلى جبل أحد فقال: ((أحد جبل يحبنا ونحبه)) مما يدلل على الارتباط الشعوري بالوطن وأهميته بالنسبة للإنسان. فتنظر الشريعة الإسلامية للمواطنة على أنها تعبير عن العلاقة التي تربط الفرد المسلم بأفراد الأمة، كما تعبر عن العلاقة بين أرض الوطن ومن يعيشون عليها، سواء كانوا مسلمين أو غير مسلمين، وقد تجلى هذا المفهوم منذ نشأة الدولة الإسلامية في المدينة المنورة، وشكلت البداية لتعايش المواطنين من غير المسلمين مع المسلمين، وفق مبادئ الشريعة الإسلامية، لذلك أصدر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم الوثيقة السياسية الأولى، المعروفة تاريخيا باسم (صحيفة المدينة) أو ما سمى في السيرة النبوية بكتاب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم إلى أهل المدينة المنورة. وإن قيم المواطنة المتفق عليها هي: المساواة، والحرية، والعدل، والمشاركة، والمسؤولية الاجتماعية، وإني في بحثي هذا حاولت تسليط الضوء على قيمة العدل وقيمة المساوة، من خلال تشريعات الدين الإسلامي وتعاليم المسيحية. وقد اقتضت المادة العلمية أن يتم تقسيم البحث إلى تمهيد في مفهوم المواطنة ونشأتها ومبحثين: تكلمت في المبحث الأول عن قيمة المساواة، وبينت في هذا المبحث على شكل مطالب تعريف المساواة في اللغة والاصطلاح، ثم تطرقت إلى مجالات المساواة في المواطنة وهي المساواة أمام القانون، وفي المرافق العامة، وأمام المنافع الاجتماعية، كل هذا بين الشريعة الإسلامية والديانة المسيحية. وأما المبحث الثاني فقد خصصته لقيمة العدل، في الديانتين، وكيف أن العدل مرتبط ارتباطا وثيقا بالمساواة. ثم اختمت بأهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث، مع ذكر التوصيات، وأسأله تعالى أن يجعل عملي هذا خالصا لوجهه الكريم، والحمد لله أولا وآخرا.

The concept of citizenship has evolved with the development of human societies, and human groups that are based on solidarity with members of a single group have begun to meet the challenges that may be faced by the bloc because of their sense of the need for others and of belonging to a group to which they belong. And citizenship transcends social relations and ties such as tribal, sectarian, national, ethnic, ethnic, religious and other, but the individual in terms of a member of a sect is therefore located in the surrounding environment from all sides, and this comprehensive briefing imposed on him as a non-negotiable entity, he is the son of the community as the son Of the family, the human being does not choose the nature of the society in which he is born, the type of nationality to which he belongs, or the type of religion he believes in. However, his affiliation with a political party or his membership in a social organization, And his personal desire After he believes that these activities can meet part of his ambitions and comply with some of his tendencies and aspirations. As for I s lam, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon h im) expressed the love of the homeland and its connection to it by saying what they are going out of Makkah: “I will not give you up from a country and love you to me, but your people will take me out of you.” Once to Mount Sun, he said: ((One mountain loves us and love)), which demonstrates the connection of the nation and the sense of importance for the human. The Islamic law of citizenship is seen as an expression of the relationship between the individual Muslim and the people of the nation, as well as the relationship between the land of the homeland and those living on it, whether they are Muslims or non-Muslims. This concept has been manifested since the inception of the Islamic State in Medina, Of non-Muslims with Muslims, in accordance with the principles of Islamic law, so the Prophet peace be upon him the first political document, historically known as (newspaper city) or what is named in the Prophet’s biography of the Prophet peace be upon him to the people of Medina. The values of citizenship agreed upon are equality, freedom, justice, participation and social responsibility. In my research, I tried to shed light on the value of justice and equal value through the legislation of the Islamic religion and the teachings of Christianity. The scientific article required that the research be divided into a prelude to the concept of citizenship and its origin, and two topics: I spoke about the value of equality in the first part of this article. In this regard, I explained in this section - in the form of demands - the definition of equality in language and terminology, and then addressed the areas of equality in citizenship, equality before the law, public utilities, and social benefits. . The second topic is devoted to the value of justice in both religions and how justice is closely linked to equality. And then concluded with the most important findings of the research, with the recommendations, and ask him to make my work this pure to his face, and thank God first and last.
