المستخلص: يعد الإعجاز القرآني موضع اهتمام الباحثين والدارسين في مجال علوم القرآن موضوع نزول القرآن الكريم والى يومنا هذا، ويعد القرآن الكريم المعجزة الوحيدة التي كتب الله تعالى لها الخلود وتحدى بها الجن والأنس أن يأتوا بمثلها وإن كانوا مجتمعين، وجعل هذا التحدي مستمراً إلى نهاية العالم. وإن البحث عن الإعجاز القرآني التشريعي ومعرفة المؤيدين والمعارضين له جداً ضروري للوقوف على التتبع التاريخي لظهور الإعجاز التشريعي في القرآن الكريم ودور العلماء في تطوره وجهودهم في ذلك. وقد ارتأينا في هذا البحث أن يتبع منهج الاستقراء التتبعي والتحليلي لكشف السر الكامن وراء الإعجاز القرآني كان موضع اهتمام الدارسين والباحثين وخاصة فيما يتعلق بالإعجاز التشريعي منه، فاختلفت أساليبهم وتعددت آرائهم في هذا الصدد. فقد تحدث العلماء والباحثين عن الإعجاز التشريعي من خلال مؤلفاتهم في كتب الإعجاز، فمنهم من افرد له مبحث أو مباحث للحديث عنه، ومنهم من اكتفى فقط بالإشارة له في مؤلفاتهم، في حين نرى الكثير من الكتب تتحدث بهذا الخصوص. فانتظم البحث على مبحثين ممهدين بتمهيد للتعريف بمفاهيم العنوان الرئيس، فضلاً عن المقدمة والخاتمة لاستعراض أهم النتائج التي خلص إليها البحث وانتهاءً بقائمة للمصادر والمراجع التي اسعفتنا في كتابة هذا البحث. ومن أهم ما كشفت عنه هذه الدراسة أن القرآن الكريم معجزة أبدية وخالدة، وأهم ما يميزها أنها ذات بيان، وهذه صفه البيان تجلت في أسلوب طرح المضامين والتشريعات التي تنظم حياة الناس، فهي الأخرى معجزة بخلودها واستمرارها وصفة الأحقية فيها.
