المستخلص: يعد كتاب "تاريخ علوم البلاغة والتعريف برجالها" للمراغي حلقة مهمة في معرفة رحلة البلاغة العربية، وخط سيرها البياني منذ نشأتها حتى العصر الحديث، كما يعد أيضاً قيمة عظيمة وجليلة، حيث أبرز كثيراً من كنوز علوم البلاغة، وجواهر المؤلفات فيها، ولا سيما المؤلفات التي طواها الزمن، أو تاهت في غياهب النسيان، كما يعد كذلك مصباحاً مضيئاً كشف به صاحبه كثيراً من جوانب شخصيات رجال البلاغة الذين ترجم لهم. ولقد بدأت هذا البحث بمقدمة تناولت فيها أهمية هذا الموضوع، وأهم أسباب اختياره، وأهم الصعوبات التي واجهتني فيه، وبيان الهيكل الذي جاء ذلك البحث على صورته مشتملاً على مقدمة وتمهيد ومبحثين وخاتمة. وأما التمهيد فقد جاء في نقطتين: تناولت في الأولى التعريف بالمؤلف، وذلك من حيث اسمه ونسبه، ومولده، ونشأته، وأعماله ووظائفه، ووفاته، ومؤلفاته، وتناولت في الثانية التعريف بكتاب "تاريخ علوم البلاغة والتعريف برجالها" محل الدراسة، وذلك من حيث مادته، وقيمته الفنية، وسبب وتاريخ تأليفه. وأما المبحث الأول فهو بعنوان "نشأة علوم البلاغة وأطوار التأليف فيها"، وتناولت فيه الأطوار الخمسة التي ذكرها المراغي، والتي مرت بها البلاغة العربية منذ نشأتها حتى العصر الحديث، وأتبعت ذلك المبحث بتذييل بعنوان "واضع علمي المعاني والبيان سيبويه"، عرضت فيه ما رآه المؤلف في ذلك، والأدلة التي عضد بها رأيه مؤيداً ما ارتآه وذهب إليه. وأما المبحث الثاني فهو بعنوان "التعريف بعلماء البلاغة"، وهم العلماء الخمسة والتسعون الذين عرف بهم المراغي على أنهم رجال البلاغة، وقسمت فيه هؤلاء العلماء قسمين: 1- قسم عرف بهم بإطناب، ويشمل ذلك اثنين وعشرين عالماً. 2- قسم عرف بهم بإيجاز، ويشمل ذلك ثلاثة وسبعين عالماً، ثم أتبعت ذلك بوقفات وقفتها مع تعريف المراغي بهؤلاء العلماء، وبتذييل بعنوان "تقسيم البلاغة ثلاثة أقسام، وجعل تحسين البديع عرضيا لا ذاتيا"، وعرضت فيه ما رآه المؤلف تجاه السكاكي في ذلك، وأدلته التي أيد بها ما رآه، وناقشته فيما ارتآه وأدلته التي استند إليها مناقشة موضوعية مشفوعة بالأدلة، ومؤيدة بالبراهين التي تدحض رأيه، وتبطل أدلته، أو على الأقل تضعفها، وتثبت صدق ما رأيته، وتؤكد ما جنحت إليه. ثم شفعت ذلك بخاتمة سجلت فيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي أسفر عنها هذا البحث، ثم ذيلت هذه الدراسة بثبت للمصادر والمراجع التي تم الرجوع إليها، والاستفادة منها، ثم بمسرد للمـوضوعات التي تناولتها في هذا البحث.

The book "The History of Rhetoric Study and Defining its Men" by Al-Maraghi is an important link in knowing the journey of Arabic rhetoric and its graphic itinerary from its inception until the modern era. Folded in time, or lost in oblivion, it is also a luminous lamp by which its owner revealed many aspects of the personalities of rhetoric people whom he translated. I started this research with an introduction in which I dealt with the importance of this topic, the most important reasons for choosing it, the most important difficulties that confronted me in it, and the statement of the structure in which this research came in its form, including an introduction, a preliminary, two topics and a conclusion. As for the introduction, it came in two points: Firstly, I dealt with the definition of the author, in terms of his name, genealogy, birth, origin, works, functions, death, and books, and in the second dealt with the definition of the book "The History of Rhetoric Studies and the Definition of its Men" under study, in terms of its material, And its artistic value, reason and history of its composition. As for the first topic, it is entitled "The Rise of the Studies of Rhetoric and the Phases of Authorship in It", and it dealt with the five phases mentioned by Al-Maraghi, which the Arab rhetoric went through from its inception until the modern era, and followed that topic with an appendix titled "I put my knowledge of the meanings and the Sebaweih’s statement", showing what he saw The author in this, and the evidence that supported his opinion in support of what he saw and went to. As for the second topic, it is entitled "Introducing Rhetoric Scholars", and they are the ninety-five scholars whom Al Maraghi was known as the men of rhetoric, and in which these scholars divided two sections: 1- A section known by them as redundancy, and that includes twenty-two Scholars. 2- A section that was briefly known to them, and that includes seventy-three scholars, then followed by pauses that stood with the definition of the margins with these scholars, and an appendix entitled "The division of rhetoric into three sections, and made the improvement of eloquence accidental rather than subjective", and presented in it what the author saw towards Sakkaki in that, And the evidence in which he supported what he saw, and discussed it with what he saw and the evidence on which he relied on an objective discussion accompanied by evidence, and supporting evidence that refutes his opinion, nullifies his evidence, or at least weaken it, and confirms the truth of what I saw, and confirms what he drifted towards. Then I accompanied this by a conclusion in which the most important results and recommendations that resulted from this research were recorded, then this study was appended to the sources and references that were referred to, and benefiting from them, then a glossary of the topics which this research used.
