1- إن آراء الكاساني في تفسير القرآن تحظى بأهمية من بين مصادر التفسير، فهي تتميز بمتانة قوية في المنهج والأسلوب.
2- إن الكاساني ذو حنكة عالية من علم الحديث رواية واستنباطاً، فاستعان بذلك كثيراً في استيعاب الآيات وتقييد مطلقها.
3- للكاساني الوفور الكبير في نقد الحديث وقبوله ورده من خلال تخصيص عموم القرآن بخبر الآحاد.
4- إن تمكن الكاساني من علوم الآلة كالنحو على وجه الخصوص جعله يتكلم في مسائل النحو ولكن بقدر ما يتطلبه فهم النص القرآني.
5- إن علم القراءات ذو أهمية بالغة، وللكاساني نصيبه الوافر منها في تفسيره في كشف الغموض وإزالة الإشكال في توضيح آيات الأحكام.
6- إن أهمية النسخ في إزالة الإلتباس وإثبات المعنى جعل المفسرين يهتمون بها في ذلك وكان الكاساني من جملة هؤلاء المفسرين.
7- كتاب البدائع فقهي أولاً، ولذلك اعتمدت أراؤه التفسيرية بالدرجة الأولى على الآيات لأحكام، لبيان صور الاستدلال في ذلك.
8- الكاساني حنفي المذهب وكتابه البدائع من أمات المذهب الحنفي فكان في تفسيره لآيات الأحكام كشأن غيره من المفسرين يؤيد مذهبه الفقهي.
9- الكاساني يرد على الشافعية منتصراً للحنفية لكن من غير تجريح أو تعريض مما يدل على سلامة ذوقه وجم أدبه.
10- البدائع يعتبر من أبرز كتب الحنفية التي ركزت على القرآن باعتباره المصدر الأول للتشريع.

After praising and thanking the Lord, the Most High, on the completion of the research, I summarize here the most important findings.
1. The views of Kasani in the interpretation of the Holy Qur'an are important among the sources of interpretation. These views are characterized by strong soundness in approach and style.
2. Kasani is highly sophisticated with the science of Hadith in terms of narration and extraction. He thus used it very much to assimilate verses and restrict them.
3- Kasani has a great capacity in the field of criticism of Hadith, accepting, and rejecting through the specification of the whole Qur'an with "Khabar al-Aahad" (one which is narrated by people whose number does not reach that of Mutawatir).
4. The ability of Kasani to have (the knowledge) of tool science such as grammar, in particular, makes him speak about grammar issues, but to the extent that is required to understand the Quranic text.
5. The science of Qira't (Quranic readings) is of great importance. Kasani has a large share of it in his interpretation in revealing ambiguity and eliminating the problem in clarifying the verses of rulings.
6. The importance of Naskh (Annulling) in removing confusion and proving the meaning made the interpreters paying attention to that, and Kasani was among those interpreters.
7. The book "Bada'i' al‑Sana'i'" at the foremost, deals with jurisprudence, and therefore its interpretative opinions relied primarily on verses of rulings in order to explain the forms of inference in that regard.
8- Kasani belonged to the Hanafi school of jurisprudence; therefore, his book Bada'i' al‑Sana'i' is one of the most important sourcebooks of Hanafi school. Like other interpreters of the Holy Qur'an, he supports his school of jurisprudence during the interpretation of the verses of rulings.
9. Kasani responds to the Shafi school of jurisprudence (thus), making the Hanafis victorious, but without contestation or expanding, which indicates the integrity of his taste and abundance of good manners.
10- Bada'i' al‑Sana'i' is one of the most prominent books of Hanafiyah, which focused on the Qur'an as the first source of legislation.
In conclusion, I pray to Allah for success in things that carry the happiness of the two worlds. May Allah have mercy and bless our master Muhammad, his family, and his companions.
