المستخلص: التفسير القرآني يأتي بالدرجة الأولى من العلوم القرآنية؛ لتعلقه بكتاب الله، فأهميته من أهميته، يضاف إلى ذلك احتوائه على كل العلوم، فعلم التفسير حاو لعلوم الحديث واللغة والسيرة والفقه. وقد اخترت واحداً من العلوم المتعلقة بالتفسير وهو علم أسباب النزول، وهو من العلوم الملحقة بالتفسير إن لم يكن جزءا مهما من التفسير-قال ابن عاشور مؤكداً أهمية أسباب النزول بمعناها العام في معرفة السياق: ((ومنها-أي أسباب النزول -ما ينبه المفسر إلى إدراك خصوصيات بلاغية تتع مقتضى المقامات، فإن من أسباب النزول ما يعين على تصوير مقام الكلام)). وبمعرفة سبب النزول تندفع الكثير من الإشكالات فقد يكون ظاهر الآية شيء وحقيقة نزولها شيئاً آخر. فظاهر الآية يوحي بتجنب التهلكة، أما حقيقتها وسببها فالعكس تماماً؛ فإن الأنصار لما كثر الداخلون في الإسلام أرادوا ترك الجهاد -لوجود من يكفي عنهم-والالتفات إلى أراضيهم ومزارعهم فبينت الآية إن التهلكة بعينها هي ترك الجهاد.

Praise be to God, and blessings and peace be upon the Messenger of God, his family and companions, and from his family, and after: The Qur’anic interpretation comes primarily from the Qur’anic sciences, because it relates to the Book of God, as it is important because of its importance, in addition to that it contains all the sciences, as the science of interpretation includes the sciences of hadith, language, biography and jurisprudence. I chose one of the sciences related to the interpretation, which is the science of the reasons for descent, and it is one of the scienc¬es attached to the interpretation if it is not an important part of the interpretation. Rhetoric to follow the requirements of the sta¬tions, one of the reasons for the descent is what helps to portray the shrine of speech. Knowing the reason for the descent, many problems arise, so the apparent meaning of the verse may be one thing, and the fact that it descends is another. The apparent meaning of the verse suggests avoiding perish, but its truth and its cause are completely the op¬posite. Supporters of what many in Islam wanted to leave jihad - for the presence of those who are sufficient for them - and pay attention to their lands and farms.
