المستخلص: هذا البحث محاولة لإبراز إعجاز القرآن الكريم في رسمه وبيان آراء الإمام الألوسي في الرسم العثماني ورده على الشبهات التي أثارها حوله بعض المغرضين وحول الصحابة الذين جمعوا القرآن وكتبوه. ويؤكد البحث أن تغير الرسم العثماني لبعض الكلمات القرآنية التي اختلف رسمها عن الخط الإملائي العادي لم يكن عبثا وإنما كان وجها من وجوه إعجاز القرآن حيث أنه يوحي بالمعاني المتجددة لهذه الكلمة وينبئ عن وجود أسرار تدعوا عباد الله من العلماء المخلصين إلى مزيد من التأمل والتدبر في فهم مراد الله وأسرار رسم كتابه العظيم. ويقوم هذا البحث على المنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد توصل إلى عدة نتائج منها اختصاص القرآن الكريم بهذا الرسم دون غيره من الكتب السماوية السابقة، ووجوب الالتزام برسم المصحف حفاظا على قدسية القرآن الكريم وإثبات أن الصحابة -رضوان الله عليهم- كان لهم عظيم الفضل في علم الهجاء وكانوا متقنين لرسم خط المصحف وقواعده، لكن خالفوا في بعض المواضع لحكمة، التزام الإمام الألوسي بالرسم العثماني وإثباته أن الأصل في رسم المصحف موافقته للقياس وإجراؤه عليه ما أمكن ولا يعدل عنه لغير حاجة.

This research is an attempt to highlight the miraculous nature of the Ever-Glorious Qur’an in its unique style of punctuation and graphology, known as al-Rasm al-Othmani. It explores the views of al-Imam al-Alusi on al-Rasm al-Othmani and his refutation of the misconceptions and suspicions raised against both al-Rasm al- Othmani and the Qur'an’s scribes who wrote and collected the Qur’an in one volume. This study affirms that al-Rasm-based variation in representing the orthographic forms of Qur'anic words is so informative that it is considered one of the aspects of the inimitability of the Qur'an. The unique representation is not without a meaning-based implications. It attracts the attention of the Qur'an readers and exegetes as well as other interested scholars to explores the secrets behind the unique forms of some Qur’anic words that are distinct from their standard orthographic forms. This study adopts the inductive, descriptive and analytical approach. It concludes with some significant results, including the fact that al-Rasm al-Othmani is a unique miraculous aspect of the Ever-Glorious Qur'an that Muslim should follow to observe the sanctity of the Qur’an; the Prophet's scribes and companions - may God be pleased with them - had a great contribution to Arabic Orthography and an insightful understanding and mastery of the unique style of al-Rasm al-Othmani and its rules and they were aware that any variation of a word form in the Qur'an has its own rationale; Imam Al-Alusi was committed to al-Rasm al-Othmani, since he maintained that the Qur'an style conforms to the rules of standard Orthography but there are some variations that are not without an aesthetic value.
