المستخلص: أصبح زرع الأعضاء أمرًا شائًعا كعملية جراحية، ولكن زرع يحيى سؤالين أساسيين في حياة المرضى، الأول يتعلق السير النفسي والثاني بنوعية صورة الجسم الجسد. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى كشف مصير الغريسة ونوعية السير النفسي وطبيعة صورة الجسم. لاختبار فرضياتنا اخترنا المنهج العيادي بتناول دراسة الحالة، كأداة جمع البيانات اختبار الرورشاخ والمقابلة العيادية، دلت النتائج على هشاشه السير النفسي، وسلبية صورة الجسد لدى المريض المستقبل.

La transplantation d’organes est devenue une opération chirurgicale courante. Mais elle actualise deux problèmes chez les patients une psychologique et la seconde est liée à la qualité de l’image du corps. L’étude vise le destin du griffon, la qualité du fonctionnement psychologique et la nature de l’image du corps. Pour tester nos hypothèses, nous avons choisi l’approche clinique, l’étude de cas, outils de recherches le Rorschach et l’interview clinique, les résultats ont démontrée la fragilité de la psyché, et une image négative.

Organ transplantation has become common, like surgical procedures. However, the transplant raises two basic questions in patients' lives; the first relates to psychological functioning, and the second is related to the quality of the body image. This study aims to reveal the fate of the transplant, the quality of psychological functioning, and the body image. To test our hypothesis, we chose the clinic approach of the case study. The study also chose the Rorschach test and the clinic interview as data collection tools. The results indicated the fragility of psychosocial functioning and the future patient having a negative body image.
