المستخلص: تندرج محاولتنا في هذه الورقة البحثية المتواضعة في إطار تقديم رؤية حول التجربة الجزائرية في مجال التعلم الإلكتروني، وما أنتجه هذا التحول من تغير في مهام ورسالة التعليم عالميا، وذلك بتقديم عرض مبسط عن ماهية التعليم الإلكتروني، أنماطه وخصائصه وما حققته هذه الأداة من تحولات في العملية التعليمية في بلادنا في فترة قصيرة، حاولنا أن نقدم عرضا عن المشهد التعليمية في ظل جائحة كورونا مع التركيز على أهم التحديات والرهانات وصولا إلى إبراز حاجة المنظومة الجزائرية إلى مثل هذا النوع من التعليم وذلك ضمانا لمواكبة هذه التحولات المتسارعة في ظل هذه الأزمة العابرة للقارات، وفي الوقت نفسه محاولة منا للإجابة على جملة من التساؤلات يفرضها البحث في هذا المجال:
- ما هي أهم التحديات التي تواجه التعليم الإلكتروني كبديل مستقبلي للتعليم التقليدي؟
- كيف تعاملت الجزائر مع التعليم في ظل أزمة كورونا؟
- ماذا انتهجت الجزائر خلال فترة تعليق الدراسة؟
- ما هي التحديات التي تواجه الجزائر للتحول إلى التعليم الإلكتروني؟
- ما هي الفرص المتاحة أمام الجزائر لاستئناف العملية التعليمية في زمن الوباء؟
- ما هي السيناريوهات المتوقعة للتعامل مع مستقبل التعليم والتعلم ما بعد كورونا؟


Notre intervention s'inscrit dans le cadre de la présentation d'une vision de l'expérience algérienne dans le domaine du e-learning, et du changement que cette transformation a produit dans les tâches et la mission de l'éducation à l'échelle mondiale, Il s'agit d'une présentation simplifiée sur la nature de l'apprentissage en ligne (e-learning), afin de clarifier les caractéristiques et les transformations réalisées par cet outil dans le processus éducatif de notre pays dans un court laps de temps. Nous avons tenté de présenter une présentation sur la scène éducative à la lumière de la pandémie de Corona 19, avec une présentation des défis et enjeux les plus importants afin de mettre en évidence la nécessité du système éducatif algérien. A ce type d'enseignement comme gage de suivre ces mutations rapides face à cette crise transcontinentale et en même temps une tentative de notre part de répondre à un ensemble de questions imposées par la recherche dans ce domaine:
Quels sont les défis auxquels le e-learning est confronté en tant que future alternative à l'enseignement traditionnel classique dans le monde en général et le monde arabe en particulier?
- Comment l'Algérie a-t-elle géré le système éducatif face à la crise de Corona?


Our attempt, in this modest research paper, falls within the framework of providing a vision about the Algerian experience in the field of e-learning and the change that this transformation has produced in the tasks and mission of education globally by providing a simplified presentation on what e-learning is, its patterns and characteristics, and the transformations achieved by this mechanism in the educational process in our country in a short period. We tried to present the educational scene in light of the Corona pandemic, focusing on the most important challenges and stakes to highlight the Algerian system's need for such education to ensure that these rapid transformations keep pace with this intercontinental crisis. At the same time, we attempt to answer a number of questions imposed by research in this area:
- What are the most important challenges facing e-learning as a future alternative to traditional education?
- How did Algeria deal with education in light of the Coronavirus crisis?
- What has Algeria followed during the suspension period of the study?
- What are the challenges facing Algeria to switch to e-learning?
- What are the available opportunities for Algeria to resume the educational process in times of the pandemic?
- What are the expected scenarios to deal with the future of post-COVID-19 teaching and learning?
