|a هدف هذا البحث لمعرفة العلاقة الإنسانية بين الطبيب والمريض، وذلك من خلال التعرف على الآثار المترتبة على تنمية العلاقة الإنسانية بين الطبيب والمريض، كذلك التوصل إلى آليات لتطوير العلاقة الإنسانية بين الطبيب والمريض. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف استخدم الباحث الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، كما استخدم الدارس منهج المسح الاجتماعي عن طريق العينة العمدية والبالغ عددها 70 مريضا منوما في المستشفى الوطني بواقع 10 مرضى من كل قسم من أقسام المستشفى وهي 5 أقسام رئيسة وهي: قسم الأمراض الباطنة. قسم الجراحة العامة. قسم النساء والولادة. قسم العناية المركزة. ووضع أخرى ليتمكن المريض من كتابة القسم الذي قد لا يكون ضمن المذكورين. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة: 1. أن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقون تماما على أهمية العلاقة الإنسانية بين الطبيب والمريض. 2. تبين أنهم موافقون تماما على الآثار المترتبة على تنمية العلاقة الإنسانية بين الطبيب والمريض. 3. وكذلك موافقون تماما على الآليات المقترحة لتطوير العلاقة الإنسانية بين الطبيب والمريض. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصت الدراسة بما يلي: 1. الاهتمام بالتدريب المستمر لكيفية التعامل الإنساني بين الطبيب والمريض. 2. أهمية التنسيق بين الفريق الطبي في المستشفى والأخصائيين الاجتماعيين.

|b The aim of this research is to find out the human relationship between the doctor and the patient, through the identification of the effects of the development of the human relationship between the doctor and the patient, as well as to reach mechanisms to develop the human relationship between the doctor and the patient. To achieve these goals, the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data. The researcher also used the method of social survey through the deliberate sample of 70 patients hypnotized in the National Hospital by 10 patients from each Department of the hospital, which is 5 main departments: Department of Internal Medicine, Department of General Surgery, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Department of Intensive Care. The results of the study showed: 1. The study sample members fully agree on the importance of the human relationship between the doctor and the patient. 2. It turns out that they fully agree with the implications of developing the human-doctor-patient relationship. 3. Also fully agree with the proposed mechanisms to develop the human relationship between the doctor and the patient. In light of these findings, the study recommended the following: 1. Attention to the continuous training of how to deal humane between the doctor and the patient. 2. The importance of coordination between the hospital's medical team and social workers.
