المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى إظهار مرونة الشريعة الإسلامية فيما يخص أثر تغير قيمة النقود في الاقتصاد وبيان أن ذلك ضالع في المعاملات كافة وفى الدين خاصة؛ لما يترتب عليه من مشكلات اقتصادية تؤثر على الأفراد والجماعات، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الاستقرائي، وذلك بتتبع مسائل وفروع الموضوع، فضلاً عن المنهج المقارن، ولم تغفل الدراسة المنهج التحليلي، وتبين أن الفقهاء يطلقون النقود على الذهب والفضة، وعلى كل ما يقوم مقامها في معاملات الناس ومبادلاتهم، وأن تغير قيمة النقدين الذهب والفضة رخصاً أو غلاءً لا يؤثر في السداد، وأن الواجب رد المثل، وأن القول المفتي به عند الحنفية هو وجوب اعتبار قضية انخفاض قيمة النقد عند سداد الديون هو القول المعتبر الذي ينطبق حقيقة على قضية النقود في زماننا، أما القول الآخر، فهو وإن كان قول سائر الفقهاء إلا أنه لا ينطبق على مسألة النقود في زماننا لاختلاف طبيعة النقد وخصائصه، والمراد بالدين في هذه المسألة هو كل مال ثابت في ذمة شخص تجاه آخر، بصرف النظر عن سبب ثبوت ذلك الدين في ذمة ذلك الشخص في عقد سلم أو مؤخر صداق أو غيره. والكلام في قضية تغير قيمة عملة الدين انخفاضاً يشمل الحالة المعاكسة، وهي حالة الارتفاع الحاد في قيمة عملة الدين على نحو يلحق ضرراً بالغاً بالمدين، فلو جرى ذلك، فإن الكلام في مسألة الانخفاض في قيمة عملة الدين ينسحب عليها أيضاً بجامع طبيعة العملة المستخدمة، وأوصى بضرورة إعطاء هذا الموضوع (أثر تغير النقد) الأهمية التي تستحقه في جميع المعاملات؛ لتلافى الآثار السلبية المترتبة على عدم مراعاة ذلك، وأوصى أيضاً بتوجيه الطلاب إلى بحث هذا الموضوع في بقية المعاملات، وعقد المؤتمرات الدولية لإيجاد الحلول للإشكاليات الناتجة عن عدم مراعاة آثار ذلك على الاقتصاد.

This research aims to show the flexibility of the Islamic Legislation concerning the effect of the change of the value of the currency on the economy and to display that it is involved in all the transactions especially in religion. It causes economic troubles that influence individuals and groups. This study is based on the inductive approach following the matters and the branches of the subject. In addition, the comparative and the analytic methods are employed in this research. It is evident that, the jurists nominate gold and silver money and they do the same with what is used instead of money in people's transactions and exchanges. In addition, the changes in the value of gold and silver whether they became cheaper or more expensive do not affect paying the debt which should be paid as it is. Following Al- Hanafe'ah's opinion, the issue of decreasing the value of currency when paying the debt is a must, and it is considered the fundamental opinion which matches the fact of the issue of money in our age. On the other hand, the other opinion, though it is applied by all the jurists, doesn't go with the issue of currency in our time due to variances in the nature and the characteristics of currency (money). In this subject, the term debt is the fixed amount of money in the crunch of a person to another person, regardless of the cause of this debt whether it is a result of a contract, a dowry or whatever. Dealing with the issue of the change of the value of the currency of the debt as it decreases includes the opposite case. In case of the sharp increase of the value of the debt currency, it will cause great harm for the debtor. If this happens, the argument concerning the decrease of the value of the debt currency also includes it referring to the nature of the utilized currency. I recommend providing this subject (The effect of the change of currency) the greatest importance that it deserves in all the transactions to avoid the bad effects resulted from not considering that issue. I also recommend that students should be guided to search this subject in the rest of the transactions and to hold international conferences to find solutions for the problems resulted from not concerning the effect of that on Economy.
