المستخلص: كان لظهور وباء كورونا أثر كبير على الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالعبادات، من حيث كثرة الأسئلة والاستفسارات التي فرضها الواقع، ومن حيث تغير بعض الأحكام بسبب الوباء؛ نتيجة للتوصيات والقرارات المتعلقة بالتعامل مع الوباء، وقد تناول هذا البحث: أثر وباء كورونا على أحكام العبادات؛ حيث تطرق لأثر وباء كورونا على الطهارة، مبينا ماهية الكحول واستعمالاته ومدى طهارته في الفقه الإسلامي، ثم تطرق البحث لأثر وباء كورونا على الصلاة؛ حيث تناول: الصلاة بالكمامة، وترك تسوية الصفوف في صلاة الجماعة للوقاية من الوباء، والقنوت في الصلاة لصرف الوباء، وحكم حضور الموبوء إلى المسجد لصلاة الجماعة، وحكم تعليق صلاة الجماعة والجمعة، ثم تطرق البحث لأثر وباء كورونا على صيغة الأذان، مبينا: مدى جواز قول المؤذن: صلوا في بيوتكم، وقت الوباء، وموضع قول المؤذن: صلوا في بيوتكم، من الأذان، وحكم صلاة الجمعة أو الجماعة خارج المسجد في ظل قرار الإغلاق المؤقت للمساجد، وحكم صلاة الجمعة والجماعة خلف المذياع، ثم تطرق البحث لبيان أثر وباء كورونا على أحكام الجنائز، مبينا: كيفية تغسيل المتوفى بالوباء، وأحوال صلاة الجنازة على الموبوء، مبينا: الصلاة على المتوفى قبل دفنه، وبعد دفنه، وحكم دفن المتوفى بالوباء في التابوت، ومدى جواز إحراق الجثث الموبوءة، ثم تطرق البحث لأثر وباء كورونا على أحكام الزكاة والصيام والحج، مبينا حكم تعجيل الزكاة بسبب وباء كورونا ؛ وحكم دفع الزكاة للعمالة المؤقتة المتضررة بسبب فيروس كورونا، ومدى مشروعية الفطر في رمضان لمن أصيب بفيروس كورونا، وللصحيح الذي يخشى من الإصابة بفيروس كورونا، ثم تطرق البحث لأثر وباء كورونا على أحكام الحج والعمرة، مبينا حكم تعليق الحج والعمرة وقت الوباء، وحكم تحديد أعداد الحجاج.
