المستخلص: The Algerian Desert issue was one of the important issues in the course of the Algerian people's struggle, as the French colonialist wanted to make the Algerian Desert a base for establishing a new colonial empire, in which the Desert would be the most important link, especially after the emergence of the importance of the Desert in its geographical, energy, mining and military dimension (nuclear tests). With the intensification of the libertarian revolution and its victories, French agencies began to save what could be saved, especially in the period between 1957 and 1962, but the popular cohesion in all its forms of the southern population thwarted the French designs.

Durant la période coloniale française en Algérie, le colonisateur Français voulait faire du désert algérien une base afin de créer un empire colonial. Pour faire face à tout cela, et pour éloigner l’idée de séparer le sahara algérien du nord ; le FLN a fait tout ce qu’il pouvait pour face à cela ainsi que le peuple et ces chefs.

شكلت قضية الصحراء الجزائرية إحدى القضايا الهامة في مسار نضال الشعب الجزائري، ذلك أن المستعمر الفرنسي أراد أن يجعل من الصحراء الجزائرية قاعدة لإرساء إمبراطورية استعمارية جديدة تكون الصحراء أهم حلقاتها خاصة بعد بروز أهمية الصحراء في بعدها الجغرافي والطاقوي والتعديني والعسكري (التجارب النووية). ومع اشتداد الثورة التحريرية وانتصاراتها، بدأت الدوائر الفرنسية تعمل على إنقاذ ما يمكن إنقاذه خاصة في الفترة الممتدة ما بين 1957- 1962، غير أن التلاحم الشعبي في جميع صوره للسكان الجنوب أجهض المخططات الفرنسية.
