المستخلص: This study aimed to evaluate the teachers' qualitative development program "Khebrat" in light of Kirkpatrick Model from enrolled teachers’ perspectives. The study employed a descriptive survey method and an evaluative approach based on the four assessment levels involved in Kirkpatrick Model (i.e. reaction, learning, application, and final results). The population of the study consisted of all male and female teachers at various educational levels and specializations who have previously enrolled in the qualitative development program "Khebrat" in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during 2017. Data collection was carried out by questionnaire that was administered to a sample consisting of 178 male and female teachers who have participated in the qualitative development program "Khebrat". Results revealed that there was a high level of satisfaction among the participants of the "Khebrat" program (satisfaction level). It was also found that participants achieved higher levels of learning as a result of participating in the program (learning level), moderate levels of changing professional behaviors (application level), and moderate levels of influence on their actual results (effect level). On the other hand, there was no statistically significant differences in participants’ evaluation of "Khebrat" program based on Kirkpatrick Model according to the variables of gender, specialization, educational level and teaching experience.
