المستخلص: استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على أثر التحول الاجتماعي في رفع الوعي الأسرة باستخدام طرق الحماية السبرانية، وقد تم تحقيق هذا الهدف من خلال: التعرف على أكثر متغيرات التحول الاجتماعي تأثيرا على وعي الأسرة باستخدام طرق الحماية السبرانية. والتعرف على العلاقة بين التحول الاجتماعي وبين مستوى وعي الأسرة باستخدام طرق الحماية السبرانية. والتعرف على أكثر المتغيرات تأثيرا على وعي الأسرة باستخدام طرق الحماية السبرانية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدارسة وفروضها تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج، أهمها: لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوي 0.05 في استجابات عينة الدراسة على مقياسي التحول الاجتماعي، ومقياس وعي الأسرة باستخدام طرق الحماية السبرانية تبعا لمتغير ملكية السكن ونوع السكن . كما لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مقياس التحول الاجتماعي، ومقياس وعي الأسرة باستخدام طرق الحماية السبرانية. وقد أوصت الدراسة بأمور، أهمها: دعم الجهات المختصة لتقديم برامج التوعية الأسرية في رفع الوعي بطرق الحماية السبرانية. تكثيف الجهود السياسية الخارجية و الداخلية في دعم برامج الحماية السبرانية ووضع القوانين. تطوير الأسرة لأساليب التنشئة الاجتماعية المتعبة داخل نطاقها الأسري، وزيادة تماسكهم واستخدام الحوار لتوفير الحماية والاستقرار والأمن لأفرادها. دعم ترابط وتماسك أفراد الأسرة وإشراكها في تقديم البرامج المجتمعية والذي يزيد من شعور الفرد بأهمية دوره في حماية المجتمع والدفاع عنه. توجيه المهتمين في مجال البحث العلمي والحماية السبرانية في إقامة المؤتمرات والندوات وورش العمل لرفع الوعي الأسري.

The study aimed to set the mechanisms for activating the standard (faculty members and the assisting body), to reach the researcher to prove the precedent of Islam in this field, as it comes as an attempt to achieve the originality that the Islamic nation aspires to in this era, and confirm the Islamic identity. The nature of the study and its objectives necessitated the use of two approaches: the first: the descriptive and analytical approach, and the second: the deductive approach. The study was limited to applying the field prong to faculty members in the colleges of (Science and Education) from the colleges of Al-Azhar University in Cairo, and they represent Al-Azhar education, and the colleges of science and education from four universities representing public education: the first is Mansoura University, the second is Ain Shams University, and the third is Assiut University And the fourth university of the Suez Canal, in the academic year (1440 AH - 2018/2019). The total number of faculty members in these colleges is (2528). The results resulted in introducing mechanisms to activate the standard (faculty members and the assisting body) in the light of quality standards from an Islamic perspective, the most important of which is that the university takes into account the adequacy of teachers in order to achieve the targeted outputs of education, so there is no validity for education except in the case of the religious, ethical, scientific and cultural condition of the teacher. The number of faculty members is proportional to the number of students enrolled according to the internationally accepted rates. For the teacher to have qualifications to be prepared for, he must have the capabilities and qualifications that help him to play his role with the learners. The commitment of the university’s faculties to the self-sufficiency of faculty members without the use of faculty members seconded from outside the university. Providing opportunities to keep abreast of developments in science for faculty members in their specializations at the college. Standards stressed from the Islamic point of view the need for the university to take into consideration the continuous and continuous training of teachers in order to be in a permanent capacity in order to perform the work effectively. Achieving the competence, excellence, and commitment of the faculty member to achieve quality standards. The Islamic view confirmed that teachers have a high position in their society, and that this status has reached the status of the prophets, and then the teacher must be worthy of this position. The contribution of the teaching staff in serving the local community, and participating in scientific and professional societies. Standards emphasized from the Islamic point of view the importance of protecting the environment, in application of the Islamic rule that affirms that every individual is responsible for the Muslim community, and therefore Islam obliges each individual to serve society and develop the environment. Encouraging faculty members to achieve the highest level of academic performance, and providing all conditions that help them reach the highest levels of achieving quality standards. The scientist is the most in need of people to continue seeking knowledge and developing his skills and methods, and this principle is an important principle for every scientist, because science evolves, advances, and discovers in it every day a new substance that was not previously discovered, God Almighty said: ﴿ You are only given a little knowledge [Isra: 85]
