المستخلص: بما أن هناك نسبة كبيرة من سكان العالم لديهم اضطرابات نفسية، فإن الأمر يقع على عاتق المصممين للمساهمة بشكل كبير في بناء بيئة صحية وعمل التصميم الداخلي وتصميم الحيزات الخارجية التي تساهم في العلاج. ولعل التصميم القائم على الأدلة يمكن المصممين من فهم الروابط السببية بين البيئة والعلاج النفسي. يحتاج الناس إلى التنوع في رؤيتهم البصرية والتنوع هو التوازن بين الوحدة والتعقيد، تؤدي الوحدة المتطرفة إلى التحفيز الناقص، بينما يؤدي التعقيد الشديد إلى الإفراط في التحفيز ولذلك فالتنوع يتحقق في منطقة وسط ما بينهم. يمكن أن يسبب التعرض للإفراط في التحفيز تغيرات في معدل التنفس ومعدل النبض وضغط الدم. زيادة في توتر العضلات. ردود الفعل النفسية من أنواع مختلفة، ويتحمل المصمم مسؤولية إيجاد توازن مناسب بين التطرف والانسجام المطلوبة في التصميم الداخلي وتشير الدراسات إلى وجود العديد من العوامل التي تؤثر على رضا المرضي والعاملين في البيئات الداخلية لمستشفيات الطب النفسي. وتعتبر هذه العوامل متكاملة؛ اختلاف عامل واحد يؤثر بشكل كبير باقي العوامل الأخرى ويؤثر على مستخدمي المكان، وينبغي النظر إلى كل العوامل المؤثرة علي جودة البيئة الداخلية على أن تكاملها له تأثير إيجابي أو سلبي محتمل على باقي العوامل فالتصميم الضعيف لجودة البيئة الداخلية للتصميم الداخلي لا تؤثر سلبيا فقط على الصحة البدنية لشاغلي المبنى، ولكن أيضا على صحتهم النفسية. يتم تصنيف هذه العوامل إلى فئتين هي: العوامل المكانية والعوامل البيئية. إن اختيار الخامات كأحد مقومات جودة البيئة الداخلية يمكن أن تؤثر على الصحة، وهذا بدوره يؤثر على رضا المرضى، جودة الهواء الداخلي والتهوية، والراحة الضوئية، والراحة الحرارية والراحة الصوتية هي العوامل الهامة في اختيار الخامات كأحد مقومات جودة البيئة الداخلية في بيئات الشفاء، والتي تؤثر على رضا المرضي. وينبغي وضع كل هذه العوامل المؤثرة على جودة البيئات الداخلية لمستشفيات الطب النفسي في الاعتبار ونتيجة للدراسة الميدانية التي قامت بها الباحثة ظهرت مشكلة البحث في القصور الواضح وعدم الوعي بأهمية اختيار الخامات كمقوم بيئي لجودة البيئة الداخلية للتصميم الداخلي بمستشفيات الطب النفسي مما يؤثر سلبا في عملية الاستشفاء للمرضي وكان هدف البحث: اقتراح لأهم الخامات كمقوم بيئي لجودة البيئة الداخلية لتصميم مستشفيات الطب النفسي مما يؤثر إيجابيا في عملية الاستشفاء للمرضى والارتقاء بالأداء وتحسين الخدمات بها. وأتى فرض البحث: بأن اختيار الخامات المناسبة يساعد كأحد المقومات البيئية في تحقيق جودة البيئة الداخلية لمستشفيات الطب النفسي والارتقاء بالأداء وتحسين الخدمات بها. وظهرت أهمية البحث: في إبراز الخامات المناسبة التي يمكن استخدامها في التصميم الداخلي بهدف تحسين جودة البيئة الداخلية للتصميم الداخلي بمستشفيات الطب النفسي والتي تؤثر إيجابيا في علاج المرضى واتبع في البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي: من خلال الوصف والتحليل لاختيار الخامات الأساسية المؤثرة علي جودة البيئة الداخلية لمستشفيات الطب النفسي. ويعرض البحث بعض الخامات المقترح استخدامها في التصميم الداخلي من حوائط وأرضيات وأسقف والتي تساهم في تحقيق جودة البيئة الداخلية لمستشفيات الطب النفسي. وخلصت نتائج البحث إلى أن هناك بعض الخامات الخاصة بالتصميم الداخلي للحوائط والأرضيات والأسقف يمكن أن تساهم في تحسين جودة البيئة الداخلية لمستشفيات الطب النفسي وكذلك والارتقاء بالأداء وتحسين الخدمات بها. وأتت التوصيات بضرورة تركيز وزارة الصحة على الاختيار الصحيح لخامات التصميم الداخلي والتي تحقق تطبيق معايير جودة البيئة الداخلية لمستشفيات الطب النفسي الحكومية بمصر.

Extreme unity leads to incomplete stimulation, while extreme complexity leads to excessive stimulation. Therefore, diversity is achieved in the middle area between them. Excessive stimulation exposure can cause changes in breathing rate, pulse rate, and blood pressure. An increase in muscle tension. Psychological reactions are of various types, and the designer is responsible for finding an appropriate balance between extremism and harmony required in the interior design, and studies indicate that there are many factors that affect the satisfaction of patients and workers in the internal environments of psychiatric hospitals. These factors are considered integrated; the difference of one factor greatly affects the rest of the other factors and affects the users of the place, and all factors affecting the quality of the internal environment should be considered, and that its integration has a positive or negative impact on the rest of the factors, as the poor design of the quality of the interior environment is internal design. It negatively affects not only the physical health of the occupants of the building, but also their mental health. These factors are classified into two categories: spatial and environmental factors. The choice of raw materials as a component of the quality of the internal environment can affect health, which in turn affects patient satisfaction, the quality of indoor air and ventilation, optical comfort, thermal comfort and acoustic comfort are the important factors in choosing the materials as one of the elements of the quality of the internal environment in the healing environments, which It affects patient satisfaction. And all of these factors affecting the quality of the internal environments of psychiatric hospitals should be taken into consideration and as a result of the field study conducted by the researcher appeared that the problem of research appeared in the apparent deficiency and lack of awareness The importance of choosing raw materials as an environmental basis for the quality of the internal environment for interior design in psychiatric hospitals, which negatively affects the hospitalization process for patients. The research goal was: A proposal for the most important raw materials as an environmental base for the quality of the internal environment for the design of psychiatric hospitals, which It positively affects the hospitalization process for patients, upgrading performance and improving services with them. The research hypothesis: that choosing the appropriate materials helps as one of the environmental constituents in achieving the quality of the internal environment of psychiatric hospitals and improving performance and improving their services. The internal aim of improving the quality of the internal environment for the internal design of psychiatric hospitals, which positively affects the treatment of patients. Follow the research in the descriptive and analytical approach: through description and analysis to choose the basic materials affecting the quality of the environmental environment.
