يستهدف البحث بصفة رئيسية دراسة العلاقة بين المقاييس الصحية لربة الأسرية الحضرية وعلاقتها بسلوكها الإنتاجي..، وأجريت هذه الدراسة على عينة قوامها (411) ربة أسرة ويشترط أن يكون لديهن ابن على الأقل من حضر منطقة وسط الدلتا حيث مكان سكن وعمل الباحثتان ومن ربات اسر عاملات وغير عاملات، ومن مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة وأخذت العينة بطريقة صدفية. وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة: -استمارة البيانات العامة لربة الأسرة، استبيان لقياس المقاييس الصحية بمحاورها، استبيان لقياس السلوك الإنتاجي بمحاوره. اتبع هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وكانت أهم النتائج كالاتي:- أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطيه موجبة بين مستوى المقاييس الصحية ومستوى السلوك الإنتاجي عند مستوى معنوية 0.01، أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات ربات الأسر العاملات وغير العاملات عينة الدراسة في مستوى الوعي ككل لصالح ربات الأسر العاملات، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات ربات الأسر عينة الدراسة في مستوى المقاييس الصحية والسلوك الإنتاجي تبعا لاختلاف المستوي التعليمي لربة وربة الأسرة لصالح المستوى التعليمي المرتفع، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات ربات الأسر عينة الدراسة في مستوى المقاييس الصحية والسلوك الإنتاجي تبعا لاختلاف لعمر ربة الأسرة تعود لصالح الفئة العمرية (47 سنة فأكثر). انه توجد علاقة ارتباطيه عكسية بين مستوى المقاييس الصحية والسلوك الإنتاجي وعدد الأبناء عند مستوى معنوية 0.01 وهذا يعني انه كلما زاد عدد الأبناء كلما قل مستوى المقاييس الصحية والسلوك الإنتاجي. وجاءت أهم التوصيات على النحو الاتي: - 1. ضرورة الاهتمام بتعليم المرأة بل ورفع مستوى وطبيعة الخدمة التعليمية المقدمة لها حيث أن تعليم الفتاة اليوم هو صقل لخبرات ربات أسر الغد، حيث أن ارتفاع المستوى التعليمي يزيد من استيعاب رية الأسرة لمتطلبات الحياة الأسرة وبالتالي لمستوى المقاييس الصحية، والسلوك الإنتاجي لها. 2. إتاحة الفرصة لعمل المرأة خارج المنزل والذي يشكل مجالا خصبا لاكتساب الخبرات والمهارات وتبادل التجارب التي ترقى بخبرة ربة الأسرة وبخاصة في المجال الصحي والإنتاجي لها. 3. دعم ربات الأسر من قبل المجتمع المحلى وأجهزته المعنية بالمرأة لزيادة توعيتها لرفع مستوى المقاييس الصحية لديها، وكذلك لرفع مستوى السلوك الإنتاجي لديها. 4. ضرورة تأصيل قيمة المشاركة الأسرية وبخاصة بين الزوجين لدعم وتشكيل أنماط السلوك الإيجابية وبخاصة السلوك الإنتاجي لربة الأسرة. 5. ضرورة مراعاة تنظيم الأسرة بما يتفق مع دخل الأسرة، حيث أن عدد الأبناء المناسب يسهم في إتاحة الفرصة لرفع مستوى المقاييس الإنتاجية لدى ربة الأسرة وكذلك مستوى السلوك الإنتاجي لديها.
