المستخلص: استهدف البحث الوقوف على ماهية النمية المستقلة ومنظوراتها المتباينة، والمبادئ والمرتكزات التي تقوم عليها، ومعايرتها والحالة المصرية، ويندرج هذا البحث ضمن نمط الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية في علم الاجتماع، ويتبنى المنهج المزجي؛ نظرًا لجمعه بين ما هو تحليلي وما هو ميداني، اعتمادا على طريقتي التحليل الكيفي، والمسح الاجتماعي بالعينة؛ فالطريقة الأولي جاءت من أجل فحص الأدب التنموي، والوقوف على خبرة التنمية المستقلة، أما الطريقة الثانية فمن أجل استقصاء رأي المجتمع المصري حول مبادئ ومرتكزات الأنموذج التنموي المستقل، عبر تصميم مقياس صيغ وفق تدرجات ليكرت الخماسي. وقد وقع الاختيار على محافظة السويس كوحدة مكانية ممثلة للمجتمع المصري، بالتطبيق على عينة عرضية (غير احتمالية) بلغت (٦٠٠ مفردة) ممثلة لمعظم خصائص المجتمع الأصلي. وخلصت نتائجها العامة إلى ضرورة التدرج صوب التنمية المستقلة، في ضوء المبادئ والمرتكزات التي قامت عليها الدراسة، وجاءت على درجة كبيرة من الأهمية والاحتياج، وفق الوزن النسبي لكل منها وترتيبها في سلم أولويات التنمية في مصر. هذا وقد تحققت جميع الفروض التي انطلق منها البحث جزئيا؛ حيث تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لإدراك المستقصي منهم لمبادئ وركائز التنمية المستقلة تعزي إلى الخصائص الاجتماعية لعينة البحث.

The study aimed to examine the essence of Autonomous development and its different perspectives, the principles, and pillars on which it is based, and to try to formulate a model that is consistent with the nature of Egyptian society. The study falls within the pattern of analytical descriptive studies in sociology, and the study adopts a Mixed Methods; because it combines what is analytical with what is field, depending on the two methods of qualitative analysis and social survey in the sample; The first method was to examine development literature and to learn about Autonomous development experience. The second method was to survey Egyptian society's opinion about the principles and pillars of the Autonomous development model according to the Likert Five-Year Scale. The Suez Governorate was selected as a spatial unit representing the Egyptian society. Using a sample Accidental samples (Non-Probabilistic), it reached 600 individuals representing most of the characteristics of the original society. The general results concluded that it was necessary to gradually move towards Autonomous development, considering the principles and pillars on which the study was based. They were of great importance and need, according to their relative weight and rank among the priorities of development in Egypt. All the "partially" Assumptions from the study were realized; Whereas it has been shown that there are statistically significant differences in the realization by the surveys of the principles and pillars of Autonomous development attributable to the social characteristics of the sample of the study.
