الحديث عن أهمية ودور التقنيات الحديثة في تطوير وتحسين العملية التعليمية نحو النوعية يتطلب بداية، التعريف بهذه التقنيات الحديثة التي طرأت على التعليم بمختلف مراحله، فاتخذ مسارا جديدا كان له تأثير عميق على كافة أطراف العملية التعلمية سواء المدرس أو الطالب أو محتوى ومضمون ونوعية التعليم، وقد أدى التقدم التكنولوجي إلى ظهور طرق واستراتيجيات جديدة للتعليم؛ تعتمد على توظيف تلك المستحدثات التكنولوجية لتحقيق التعلم المطلوب، ومنها استخدام الكمبيوتر ومستحدثاته، والأقمار الصناعية والقنوات الفضائية، وشبكة المعلومات الدولية، بغرض إتاحة التعلم على مدار اليوم والليلة لمن يريده وفي المكان الذي يناسبه بواسطة أساليب وطرق متنوعة تدعمها تكنولوجيا الوسائط المتعددة بمكوناتها المختلفة ومن واقع تدريس الباحثين في قسم الاقتصاد المنزلي بكلية التربية النوعية جامعة عين شمس وجدا أن تدريس المهارات العملية وبخاصة مادة الملابس المنزلية تحتاج إلى وسيلة تعليمية أكثر مرونة وتفاعلا من الطرق التقليدية (البيان العملي) تؤكد معظم الدراسات التي استخدمت الفيديو يعتبر نقلة مهمة للتطوير والإصلاح، والمعالجة العلمية لمشكلات التعلم، وذلك باستخدام التطبيقات التكنولوجية على بعض جوانب العملية التعليمية تتلخص مشكلة البحث في التساؤلات الآتية ما فعالية برنامج فيديو تعليمي في تعلم الوحدة الدراسية المختارة في هذا البحث (ملابس النوم)؟ ما فعالية برنامج فيديو تعليمي على التحصيل المعرفي للوحدة الدراسية المختارة (ملابس النوم)؟ ما فعالية برنامج فيديو تعليمي على الأداء المهاري للوحدة الدراسية المختارة (ملابس النوم)؟ ما إمكانية تكوين آراء إيجابية لدى الطلاب نحو طريقه التعلم باستخدام الفيديو التعليمي؟ وتكونت عينة البحث من مجموعتين استطلاعية (5) وتجريبية (١٥) واستخدما الأدوات التالية، اختبار تحصيلي معرفي (قبلي/ بعدي) لقياس تحصيل الطلاب المعلومات والمعارف المتضمنة لبرنامج الفيديو التعليمي، اختبار تطبيقي مهاري (قبلي/ بعدى) لقياس مستوى أداء الطلاب لبعض المهارات المتضمنة لبرنامج الفيديو التعليمي، بطاقة ملاحظة الأداء المهاري للطلاب أثناء قيامهم بتنفيذ (قميص نوم حريري، مقياس تقدير لتقييم العينات الناتجة عن عمل طلاب عينة البحث، استبيان آراء الطلاب نحو طريقة التعلم المستخدمة الفيديو التعليمي. وكانت فروض الدراسة: يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات الاختبارات القبلية / البعدية في الاختبار التحصيلي لصالح التطبيق البعدي، يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي الدرجات القبلية / البعدية في بطاقة ملاحظة لصالح التطبيق البعدي، يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي الدرجات القبلية/ البعدية في مقياس التقدير لصالح التطبيق البعدي. تم التدريس لمجموعة البحث وقد تم تصحيح الاختبار التحصيلي والاختبار المهاري، وتفريغ الدرجات وإجراء المعاملات الإحصائية المناسبة وأهم النتائج التي توصلا إليها الباحثان وكانت وجود فرق جوهري بين درجات الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي في الاختبار التحصيلي وهذا يعني تحسن مستوى الأداء البعدي للطلاب، وجود فرق جوهري بين درجات الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي في بطاقة الملاحظة وهذا يعني تحسن مستوى الأداء البعدي للطلاب، وجود فرق جوهري بين درجات الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي في مقياس التقدير وهذا يعني تحسن مستوى الأداء البعدي.

Most of the studies that have used video confirm an important shift for the development, reform, and scientific treatment of learning problems, using technological applications on some aspects of the educational process The problem of the research is summarized in the following questions. What is the effectiveness of a video tutorial on the cognitive achievement of the selected study unit (pajamas)? What is the effectiveness of a video tutorial on the skill performance of the selected unit of study (pajamas)? What is the possibility of forming positive opinions among students towards the way of learning using educational video? The research sample consisted of two exploratory groups (5) and experimental (15) and used the following tools, a cognitive achievement test (pre / post) to measure student achievement of information and knowledge included in the educational video program, applied skill test (pre / post) to measure the performance of students for some of the skills involved For the educational video program, a skill observation card for students during their implementation (women nightgown, rating scale to evaluate the samples resulting from the work of the students of the research sample, questionnaire of students towards the learning method used educational video. The hypotheses of the study were: There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the pre / post tests in the achievement test in favor of the dimensional application. Estimation scale in favor of dimensional application. Teaching was done for the research group. The achievement test was corrected, the skill test was completed, the grades were unloaded and the appropriate statistical transactions were performed. The most important results reached by the researchers were the existence of a fundamental difference between the scores of the pre and post tests in the achievement test. This means an improvement in the student's post-test performance.
