المستخلص: هذه الدراسة تبحث في طبيعة وأبعاد الاعتراف الفلسطيني بالقومية اليهودية للدولة الإسرائيلية لما يترتب عن هذا الاعتراف من آثار وتداعيا على الوجود الفلسطيني المادي والقانوني، وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى مسألة أصول فكرة الدولة اليهودية اصطلاحيا وتاريخيا والأبعاد السياسية والحزبية لمطلب اعتراف الفلسطينيين بإسرائيل دولة يهودية، وما لهذا المطلب من أهداف إسرائيلية وأثار على القضية الفلسطينية في حال الاقرار الفلسطيني به، ولعل أبرز ما وصلت إليه هذه الدراسة أن اعتراف الفلسطينيين بيهودية الدولة الإسرائيلي سينفي الوجود القومي الفلسطيني المادي والمعنوي والسياسي، وسيشكل نهاية القضية الفلسطينية من جذورها، كما سينعكس الاعتراف على الواقع المعاش، ليس السياسي والاقتصادي فحسب، بل سيشمل الواقع الاجتماعي فسيولوجيا، مما يعني أن القضية الفلسطيني بكل مكوناتها سواء السياسية أو الاقتصادية أو الاجتماعية أو الثقافية أو الحضارية أو حتى في مضمونها الوجودي ستنتقل إلى مرحلة اللانهاية، وهذا يعني أن القضية الفلسطينية انتهت ويمنع إقامة "دولة فلسطينية مستقلة".

This study examines the nature and dimensions of the Palestinian recognition of the Jewish nationalism of the Israeli state to the implications and repercussions of this recognition on the physical and legal Palestinian presence, by addressing the question of the origins of the idea of the Jewish state, terminologically and historically, and the political and partisan dimensions of the demand for Palestinian recognition of Israel as a Jewish state, and for this The demand for Israeli goals and implications for the Palestinian cause if the Palestinians acknowledge it, and perhaps the most prominent finding of this study is that the Palestinians ’recognition of the Jewishness of the Israeli state will negate the material, moral and political Palestinian national existence, and will form the end of the Palestinian issue from its roots, just as recognition will be reflected in the lived reality. Not only political and economic, but also social and physiological reality, which means that the Palestinian issue with all its components, whether political, economic, social, cultural, civilizational, or even in its existential content will move to the stage of infinity, and this means that the Palestinian issue has ended and the establishment of an "independent Palestinian state" is prohibited.
