|a تهتم هذه الدراسة بموضوع عمارة المساكن التقليدية بمدينة شفشاون المغربية، بهدف استكمال النقص الحاصل في الأبحاث المنجزة حول البيوت التقليدية لمدينة شفشاون وتوثيقها وإبراز أهم السمات المعمارية والجمالية المميزة لها، في ظل ما تعيشه المدينة العتيقة من تغيير وتشويه في معالمها التاريخية، نظرا للتطورات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي عرفتها المدينة منذ بدايات القرن العشرين وازدهارها السياحي وانفتاحها الكبير على العالم. في هذا المقال سنتطرق أولا للتنظيم المكاني للبيت الشفشاوني التقليدي، وثانيا سنتحدث عن أهم التقنيات والمواد المستخدمة في بنائه وزخرفته، اعتمادا على الدراسات السابقة وبحثنا الميداني.

|d La ville de Chefchaouen au Maroc renferme un patrimoine architectural domestique de grande importance. Pourtant, on constate que ses demeures traditionnelles ont suscité peu de recherches archéologiques et nécessitent davantage d’investigations dans ce domaine, afin de mieux définir leurs caractéristiques architecturales. C’est pourquoi, on a estimé que la réalisation de cette étude monumentale pourrait venir combler des lacunes documentaires et contribuer à la mise en valeur de cet héritage de l'architecture marocaine. \nCet article présente l’habitat traditionnel de Chefchaouen avec la description de son organisation spatiale, ses matériaux et techniques de construction, en se basant sur notre enquête de terrain et des travaux réalisés précédemment. \n

|f This study is concerned with the subject of traditional housing architecture in the Moroccan city of Chefchaouen, with the aim of completing the lack of research carried out on the traditional houses of the city of Chefchaouen and documenting them and highlighting their most important architectural and aesthetic features that distinguish them, in light of the change and distortion of the ancient city in its historical features, given the social and economic developments that the city has known since the beginning of the twentieth century, its tourism boom and its great openness to the world. In this article, we will first address the spatial organization of the traditional house of Chefchaouen.
