|a هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع العلاقة بين الجامعات السعودية والقطاع الخاص لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية في ضوء رؤية المملكة 2030، ومن ثم وضع تصور مقترح لتعزيز العلاقة التبادلية بين الجامعات السعودية والقطاع الخاص لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية في ضوء رؤية المملكة 2030، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من فئتين، الأولى: جميع القيادات في أربع جامعات، وهم وكلاء الجامعة، وعمداء الكليات، ووكلاء الكليات، ورؤساء الأقسام، والمديرون في مكاتب الشراكة وريادة الأعمال، وعددهم(801) والثانية: نسبة من القيادات في أكبر شركات القطاع الخاص بالمملكة العربية السعودية بشركة الاتصالات السعودية، والشركة السعودية للصناعات الأساسية )سابك(، ومصرف الراجحي، والشركة السعودية للكهرباء (121) وقد استخدم الباحث الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة ضرورة تنسيق الجامعة مع مؤسسات القطاع الخاص لمراجعة المناهج الدراسية بناء على احتياجات سوق العمل، ووجود أعضاء من القطاع الخاص في مجلس أمناء الجامعة، والسماح لمؤسسات القطاع الخاص بالاستفادة من الورش والمختبرات التابعة للجامعات، وقيام الجامعات بإجراء بحوث تطبيقية تعالج مشاكل مؤسسات القطاع الخاص وتسويقها. كما خرجت الدراسة بتصور مقترح لتعزيز العلاقة التبادلية بين الجامعات السعودية والقطاع الخاص لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية في ضوء رؤية المملكة 2030.

|b The study aimed to know the reality of the relationship between Saudi universities and the private sector to achieve economic development in the light of the Kingdom's vision for the Kingdom 2030, and then to develop a proposed vision to enhance the mutual relationship between Saudi universities and the private sector to achieve economic development in the light of the Kingdom's 2030 vision, and to achieve the goal of the study, the researcher used the descriptive survey approach, The study sample consisted of two categories, the first: all leaders in four universities, who are university agents, college deans, faculty agents, department heads, and managers in partnership and entrepreneurial offices, and they are (801). The second: A percentage of the leaders in the largest private sector companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Saudi Telecom Company, Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC), Al-Rajhi Bank, and Saudi Electricity Company (121) individuals. The researcher used the questionnaire as a study tool, and the results of the study showed the necessity of coordinating the university with private sector institutions to review the curricula based on the needs of the labor market, the presence of members from the private sector in the university’s Board of Trustees, and allowing private sector institutions to benefit from the workshops and laboratories of universities, and that universities conduct Applied research that addresses the problems of private sector institutions and their marketing. The study also came out with a suggested vision to enhance the reciprocal relationship between Saudi universities and the private sector to achieve economic development in light of the Kingdom's 2030 vision
