|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور القيادة الإلكترونية في إدارة الأزمات التعليمية من وجهة نظر قادة مدارس التعليم العام في محافظة الجموم. وقد تكونت مجتمع الدراسة من جميع قادة مدارس التعليم العام حيث بلغ عددهم، عددهم (١٤١) قائداً وقائدة مهم (53) قائداً و(88) قائدة. حسب إحصائية إدارة التعليم في مكة خلال العام الدراسي 1441-1442ه. وتكونت أداة الدراسة من محورين محور القيادة الإلكترونية ومحور إدارة الأزمات التعليمية وتكونت من (32) فقرة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن دور قادة مدارس في القيادة الإلكترونية كانت بمستوى عالي. كما أن أدارة الأزمات التعليمية على المستوى الكلي كان عالي. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدور القيادة الإلكترونية في إدارة الأزمات التعليمية من وجهة نظر قادة مدارس التعليم العام في محافظة الجموم تعزى لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي والدورات التدريبية. بينما أظهر النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدور القيادة الإلكترونية في إدارة الأزمات التعليمية من وجهة نظر قادة مدارس التعليم العام في محافظة الجموم تعزى لمتغير المرحلة التعليمية على المقياس الكلي ولصالح المرحلة الثانوية. وفي مجال اتخاذ القرار وتفعيل الاتصال ولصالح المرحلة الثانوية. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين بأبعاد القيادة الإلكترونية وبين أبعاد إدارة الأزمات التعليمية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى العديد من التوصيات ومن أهمها لابد من توفير تطوير البيئة الإلكترونية في المؤسسة التعليمية وتدريب العاملين فيها على مهارات استخدامها.

|b The study aimed to identify the role of electronic leadership in managing educational crises from the point of view of leaders of public education schools in the Jumum governorate. The study community consisted of all the leaders of public education schools, as their number reached (141) leaders and leaders, of whom (53) were leaders and (88) leaders. According to the statistics of the Education Department in Makkah during the academic year 1441-1442 AH. The study tool consisted of two axes, the axis of electronic leadership and the axis of educational crisis management, and it consisted of (32) paragraphs. The study found that the role of school leaders in electronic leadership was at a high level. The management of educational crises at the macro level was high. The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the role of e-leadership in managing educational crises from the viewpoint of leaders of public education schools in the Jumum governorate, due to the gender variable and training courses. While the results showed that there are statistically significant differences in the role of electronic leadership in managing educational crises from the viewpoint of the leaders of public education schools in Jumum governorate, due to the variable of the educational stage on the total scale and in favor of the secondary stage. In the area of decision-making and activating communication, in the interest of the secondary school. The results of the study also showed that there is a statistically significant correlation between the dimensions of electronic leadership and the dimensions of educational crisis management. The study concluded with many recommendations, the most important of which is the provision of developing the electronic environment in the educational institution and training its employees on the skills of their use.
