هدفت الدراسة تعرف تأثير الدعاية السياسية على متابعي قناتي الجزيرة والـبي بي سي من وجهة نظر طلبة كليات الإعلام. بالإضافة إلى الكشف عما إذا كان هناك فروق إحصائية عند مستوى (α=0.05) بين متوسط إجابات طلبة كليات الإعلام في جامعتي اليرموك والزرقاء، نحو تأثير الدعاية السياسية في قناتي قناتي الجزيرة والبي بي سي، تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (الجنس، السنة الدراسية)، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من طلبة كليات الإعلام والبالغ عددهم (150)، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصل من خلاله إلى النتائج الآتية: 1- ما تأثير الدعاية السياسية لقناة الجزيرة أتى أكبر من تأثير الدعاية السياسية لقناة البي بي سي من وجهة نظر طلبة كليات الإعلام. 2- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α=0.05) بين متوسط إجابات طلبة كليات الإعلام في جامعتي اليرموك والزرقاء، نحو تأثير الدعاية السياسية في قناتي الجزيرة والبي بي سي، تعزى لمتغير الجنس. 3- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة(α=0.05) بين متوسط إجابات طلبة كليات الإعلام في جامعتي اليرموك والزرقاء، نحو تأثير الدعاية السياسية في قناتي الجزيرة والبي بي سي، تعزى لمتغير السنة الدراسية. وبناء على البيانات والنتائج التي أسفرت عنها الدراسة النظرية والميدانية، فإن الباحث أوصى بالآتي: التعرف إلى آليات عمل كل من قناتي الجزيرة والبي بي سي لبث الدعاية السياسية والطرق المستخدمة في ذلك. وضرورة استقلال البرامج عن أفكار حكوماتها، وإيجاد الكادر الفني والإداري المناسب لتلك البرامج. إضافة إلى العمل تأسيس فضائية عربية متخصصة، مستقلة وبمصادر تمويل من جهات عربية ذات نوازع محايدة تؤكد على الخطاب العربي الغير خاضع للأيديولوجيات السياسية والدينية والاجتماعية المتخلفة وبكادر تخصصي سواء الإداري أو الإعدادي أو الفني.
This Study aimed to identify the effect of political propaganda on those who watch Al-Jazeera and the BBC from the viewpoint of the students at Media Colleges. In addition to detect whether there was statistical differences at (α = 0.05) between the average answers of the students at Media Colleges at the Universities of Yarmouk and Zarqa, about the impact of the political propaganda of Al Jazeera and the BBC, due to the variables of the study (sex, Academic year), The study sample consisted of (150) students from the faculties of the Media. The descriptive analytical method was used. The research concludes with the following results: 1. The effect of the political propaganda for Al-Jazeera Channel is greater than this of the BBC channel from the viewpoint of the students of Media Colleges. 2. There were no statistically significant differences at (α = 0.05) between the average answers of the students at Media colleges at the Universities of Yarmouk and Zarqa, about the impact of political propaganda in Al Jazeera and the BBC Channels, due to the variable of sex. 3. There are statistically significant differences at (α = 0.05) between the average answers of the student at Media Colleges at the Universities of Yarmouk and Zarqa, about the impact of the political propaganda in Al Jazeera and the BBC Channels, due to the academic year. Based on the data and the results of the theoretical and empirical study, the researcher recommended the following: Recognizing the work mechanisms for both of Al Jazeera and the BBC channels and how they broadcast the political propaganda and the methods used in those mechanisms. The researcher also assures the need for the independence of programs from the ideas of their governments, with providing the appropriate technical and administrative staff for those programs. In addition to working on establishing an Arab specialized satellite Channel, which is independent and with neutral financing sources of desires from Arab parties that assures the Arab discourse which is not subject to the backward political, religious or social ideologies with a specialist staff on the administrative, preparatory and technical levels.
