المستخلص: إن السمة الأساسية التي تميزت بها العلاقات السياسية الدولية على اختلاف الزمان والمكان هي الصراع من أجل القوة وتعظيم الثروة، وبالتالي فإن كافة الظواهر التي تنشأ عن العلاقات ما بين المجتمعات السياسية يمكن اعتبارها "علاقات قوة". ومن هنا تبرز المشكلة الرئيسية في العلاقات الدولية (مشكلة القوة) والمتمثلة في البحث عن الأسلوب الذي يكفل للدول حماية أمنها وصيانة استقلالها وسيادتها. ويأتي تشكل تجمع بريكس لهذه الغاية، في إطار إعادة صياغة توازن دولي جديد يحقق مصالح الدول المشكلة لهذا التجمع. وفي هذا السياق تم تناول تجمع بريكس، واستعراض العديد من الأفكار المرتبطة بنشأته وتطوره، إضافة إلى استعراض أهم مقومات هذا التجمع، وكذلك ذكر وتناول أهم التحديات التي تواجه تشكيل بريكس لقطب فاعل في النظام الدولي، حاول الباحث تقديم رؤية مستقبلية لتطور هذا التجمع في ضوء ما تم تناوله من أفكار ومعطيات عن تجمع بريكس وذلك في إطار ثلاثة سيناريوهات؛ السيناريو الأول نجاح تجمع بريكس في تشكيل قطب دولي فاعل ومؤثر في النظام الدولي، السيناريو الثاني فشل تجمع بريكس في معالجة التحديات التي تعترض دولها وبالتالي فشلها في تحقيق قطب دولي فاعل، والسيناريو الأخير استمرار الوضع الراهن على ما هو (بين بين)، أي نجاح بريكس في توجيه بعض مسارات العلاقات الدولية وفرض توجهاتها في ملفات معينة وفى أماكن محددة.

The main characteristic of international political relations at different times and places is the struggle for power and the maximization of wealth, and therefore all phenomena that arise from relations between political societies can be considered "power relations". Hence the main problem in international relations (the problem of power) emerges from the search for a way to ensure that states protect their security and maintain their independence and sovereignty. The formation of the BRICS gathering to this end comes within the framework of reformulating a new international balance that meets the interests of the countries that make up this grouping. In this context, the BRICS gathering was discussed, and many ideas related to its formation and development were reviewed, in addition to reviewing the most important components of this grouping, as well as mentioning and addressing the most important challenges facing the formation of BRICS to an active pole in the international system, the researcher tried to provide a future vision for the development of this grouping in light of what It was covered from ideas and data about the BRICS gathering in the context of three scenarios; The first scenario: The BRICS gathering success in forming an effective and influential international pole in the international system, the second scenario: The BRICS gathering failed to address the challenges facing its countries and consequently its failure to achieve an effective international pole, and the last scenario is the continuation of the status quo on what is (between between), that is, the BRICS success In directing some tracks of international relations and imposing their orientations in specific files and in specific places.
