|a بدأ مشروع مدارس المجتمع بمصر في عام ١٩٩٢ في أربع نجوع في صعيد مصر. وقد كانت نقطة الانطلاق من خلال اتفاقية بين منظمة الأمم المتحدة للأطفال (اليونيسيف) ووزارة التربية والتعليم بمصر لبدء التجربة، وقد نصت الاتفاقية على أن يقوم قسم التعليم باليونيسيف بتصميم وتنمية وتنسيق نموذج مدارس المجتمع في النجوع المحرومة بريف صعيد مصر بهدف الوصول إلى "التعليم للجميع" وذلك بالتركيز على المناطق الأكثر حرمانا من التعليم، يسعى هذا البحث إلى مناقشة: تعريف المدارس المجتمعية، أهداف المدارس المجتمعية، الأسس التي تقوم عليها، خصائصها، وأنواعها، فلسفتها، مجالاتها، فوائدها، مميزاتها، عيوبها، المعالم الرئيسية التي تتميز بها المدارس المجتمعية، معوقاتها، نتائجها، الفئات المستهدفة، أماكن تواجدها، المميزات الممنوحة للأطفال الملتحقين بمدارس التعليم المجتمعي، نظام الالتحاق بها، المعلم في المدارس المجتمعية، شكاوى مدرسات مدارس التعليم المجتمعي، النتائج والمخرجات.

|b Community schools project had started in Egypt on 1992 for four naga in upper Egypt . The starting point of this project through agreement between (unicef) united nation organization for children and the Egyptian minestry of learning and education to begin experiment. The agreement stated that unicef education department should design, develope and coordinate the model of community schools in deprived nagas at upper Egypt in order to access "learning for all".
