يدور البحث حول إسهامات بيت الزكاة والصدقات المصري في تحقيق الحماية الاجتماعية للفقراء حيث تم تأسيسه بالقانون رقم ١٢٣ لسنة ٢٠١٤ وله الشخصية الاعتبارية وحدد الهدف من إنشائه صرف أموال الزكاة في وجوهها المقررة شرعا لبث روح التكافل والتراحم بين أفراد المجتمع وذلك بتوفير خدمات الحماية الاجتماعية وهو أمر محوري لتحقيق هدفه للقضاء على الفقر. حيث نجد أن للزكاة دورا فعال في علاج مشكلة الفقر وتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، فتعتبر زكاة المال عصب النظام الاقتصادي الإسلامي ففيها الحلول للمشكلات الاقتصادية المعاصرة والتي فشلت النظم الوضعية في علاجها ومن بين هذه المشكلات تكدس الأموال في يد فئة مما أدى إلى زيادة الفوارق بين الطبقات، ومشكلة عدم الاستقرار الاقتصادي ومن هنا جاءت مشكلة البحث وهي "إسهامات بيت الزكاة والصدقات المصري في تحقيق الحماية الاجتماعية للفقراء" ولقد تناول البحث عدة موضوعات منها معالجة الإسلام للفقر، أهمية الزكاة في العصر الحالي، أهداف الزكاة، مؤسسات الزكاة، التطبيقات الزكوية المعاصرة، الآثار الاجتماعية المترتبة على الزكاة، الزكاة والحماية الاجتماعية، دور الخدمة الاجتماعية في بيت الزكاة ومشكلات المجتمع المعاصر، دور الدولة في تنظيم وجمع الزكاة، إسهامات بيت الزكاة والصدقات المصري في مجالات الحماية الاجتماعية منذ إنشائه.
The research revolves around the contributions of the Egyptian Zakat and Charity House to achieving social protection for the poor as it was established by Law No. 123 of 2014 and has a legal personality and determined the goal of its establishment to spend Zakat funds in its legally prescribed faces to spread the spirit of solidarity and compassion among members of society by providing social protection services which is central to achieving His goal is to eradicate poverty.
