المستخلص: استهدفت الدراسة الحالية الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين فاعلية الذات الاجتماعية والتوافق الأكاديمي لدى طلبة الجامعة، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على مقياسين هما: فاعلية الذات الاجتماعية والتوافق الأكاديمي بعد التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية لهما، على عينة بلغ حجمها 117 طالبا، أين تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية. وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات، فقد أسفرت النتائج على وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين فاعلية الذات الاجتماعية والتوافق الأكاديمي لدى طلبة الجامعة، كما أسفرت النتائج أيضا عن عدم وجود اختلاف في هذه العلاقة باختلاف متغيري النوع الاجتماعي والمستوى التعليمي لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة.

The main purpose of the study was to investigate the nature of the relationship between the social self-efficacy and academic adjustment of the university students. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, two measures were adopted: Social self-efficacy and academic adjustment after verifying their psychometric properties, on a sample of 117 students, selected on a random sampling method. After the statistical processing of the data, the study found that there were a significant positive correlation between the Social self-efficacy and academic adjustment of university students, The results also showed no difference in the relationship between social self-efficacy and academic adjustment according to the gender and education level variables among the members of study sample.

L'étude actuelle visait à révéler la nature de la corrélation entre l'auto-efficacité sociale et l'ajustement académique chez les étudiants universitaires. Afin d'atteindre les objectifs de l'étude, deux tests ont été appliqués : L'auto-efficacité sociale et l'ajustement académique, après avoir vérifié leurs propriétés psychométriques, sur un échantillon de 117etudiants, ou il été choisi d'une manière aléatoire. Après le traitement statistique des données, les résultats ont abouti à une corrélation positive entre l'auto-efficacité sociale et l'ajustement académique, et qu'il n'y avait aucune différence de cette relation en fonction des variables de genre et de niveau d'instruction chez les étudiants universitaires.
