|a بالنظر لمسعى المشرع لرقمنة خدمات الإدارة، فقد حاول المشرع الجزائري تسهيل عملية التسجيل في السجل التجاري من خلال إمكانية القيد بالطريقة الإلكترونية، وهو ما تضمنه القانون رقم 13-06 في نص المادة 05 مكرر المعدل للقانون 04-08 المتعلق بشروط ممارسة الأنشطة التجارية، وتبعا لذلك صدر المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 15-111 الذي يحدد كيفيات القيد والتعديل والشطب في السجل التجاري، التي نصت على إمكانية التسجيل في السجل التجاري وإرسال الوثائق المتعلقة بها بالطريقة الإلكترونية، وقد دعم إجراء القيد الإلكتروني المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 18-112 الذي يعد بادرة مهمة من قبل المشرع من أجل تسهيل عملية القيد وتدعيم وظائف السجل التجاري.

|b Through the legislator's attempt to digitize the services of the dministration, the algerian legislator attempted to facilitate the registration process in the commercial register through the possibility of electronic registration, which is contained in law No. 13-06 in the text of article 50 bis, amended to Law 04-08 on the conditions of practicing commercial activities and accordingly executive decree No. 15-111, which defines the modalities of registration, amendment and delisting in the commercial register, provides for the possibility of registering in the Commercial Register and sending the related documents electronically. The electronic registration procedure has been supported by executive decree No. 18-112, which is an important step by the legislator for the sake of the process of registration and consolidation of the commercial register functions.
