المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث بنحو رئيس إلى مناقشة كيفية تطويع التكنولوجيا الحديثة على الأرشيف المسرحي (المركز القومي للمسرح)، المؤسسة المعنية بحفظ وصون التراث المسرحي في مصر، وتفعيل آلية التحول الرقمي للتراث المسرحي المحفوظ بالمركز (الأرشيف المسرحي) في ظل وجود خطة استراتيجية لإدارة إلكترونية جيدة، باعتبارها نقطة الانطلاق للمركز، وخطة تقويمية لأدائه، موضحاً متطلبات التحول الرقمي، ومشكلات التطبيق، ومقترحات تفاديها، من أجل تحقيق الجودة الشاملة بالمركز، والوقوف على ما هو مطلوب وموصى به، لوضعه في منظومة متكاملة لتطبيقات التكنولوجيا الحديثة وضمان الإفادة من وثائقه المسرحية، لتأسيس جسر التواصل بين الأجيال في أعماق الثقافة الفنية المسرحية دون قيود، مزوداً ذلك بمعايير الميتاداتا المطابقة لمقتنيات ذلك الأرشيف، لدعم عملية التحول الرقمي لمقتنيات المركز، وأداة تنموية لإبراز دوره الحقيقي في استثمار مواده ووثائقه المسرحية المتنوعة، كنوع من ترويج اقتصاد المعرفة.

This research primarily aims to discuss how modern technology can be adapted to the theatrical archive (National Theater Center), the institution concerned with the preservation and protection of theatrical heritage in Egypt. It also aims to discuss activating the mechanism of digital transformation of theatrical heritage preserved in the center (theatrical archive) in light of the existence of a strategic plan for good electronic management, as the starting point for the center, and an evaluation plan for its performance, explaining the requirements of digital transformation, application problems, and proposals to avoid them, in order to achieve the overall quality of the center, and to find out what is required and recommended, to put it in an integrated system of applications of modern technology and ensure the benefitting of its theatrical documents, in order to establish the bridge of communication between generations in the depths of theatrical artistic culture without restrictions, provided with metadata standards corresponding to the holdings of that archive in order to support the digital transformation of the Centre's holdings and a development tool to highlight its true role in investing its diverse theatrical materials and documents as a kind of promotion of the knowledge economy.
