|a تعد المهارات القيادية لأفراد الأمن الجامعي من أولويات التقدم المستمر للجامعات المصرية نحو الريادة والجودة في المجتمع حيث يجب على الجامعة أن تلعب دوراً رئيسياً في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لأفراد الأمن الجامعي لزيادة قدراتهم وخبراتهم الوظيفية للحفاظ على النظام الأمني داخل الجامعة لذلك تقوم مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية بالمساهمة في توجيه طاقات الأفراد برعايتها لهم من خلال تقديم خدماتها العلاجية والوقائية والإنمائية فكان لطريقة العمل مع الجماعات وهى إحدى طرق الخدمة الاجتماعية الدور الأكبر في دعم وبناء قدرات الأفراد قيادياً وإكسابهم المهارات القيادية التي تساعدهم في تخطى المشكلات التي تواجههم حتى يتمكنوا من أداء أدوار هم بفاعلية وكفاءة.

|b The leadership skills of university security personnel are among the priorities of the continuous progress of Egyptian universities towards leadership and quality in society, as the university must play a major role in improving the job performance of university security personnel to increase their capabilities and job experiences to maintain the security system within the university, so the social service profession contributes to directing The energies of individuals by caring for them by providing therapeutic, preventive and developmental services, so the way to work with groups, which is one of the methods of social service, has the largest role in supporting and building the capabilities of individuals in leadership and providing them with leadership skills that help them overcome the problems they face so that they can play their roles effectively and efficiently.
