المستخلص: The issue of empowering women politically has gained international and local attention in the last decade and has made progress in terms of women holding senior government and political decision-making positions, despite the long history of women's struggle for more than 100 years of claims that have not turned into a tangible reality based on constitutional and legal foundations that can be achieved on The reality is only in the last decade, so the study focused on presenting the theoretical frameworks for the concept of empowering women politically in particular, and proposing the most important principles and constitutional articles that support the empowerment of Egyptian women in the period under study and on the different political systems that called for democratization and the necessity of integrating women into life Political policy and pushing it towards assuming higher government positions and combating any discrimination or marginalization that may be practiced against women In the promotion to senior and leadership positions, taking into account the gender dimension by studying the data issued for the right of women to hold government positions as an indicator of women's political empowerment in Egypt, the improvement in these indicators in the last five years is the result of the political leadership's belief in the necessity of integrating them politically and pushing them towards promotion to higher government positions in a manner that is consistent with the democratic transition that Egypt is witnessing in the recent era and as a response in return to Egyptian women for the heroic stances and sacrifices they have made throughout their national history during the period of the revolutions and the electoral benefits in the recent period.

نالت قضية تمكين المرأة سياسيا اهتماما دوليا ومحليا في العقد الأخير وحققت تقدما على صعيد تقلد المرأة المناصب الحكومية العليا ومناصب اتخاذ القرار السياسي، بالرغم من التاريخ النضالي الطويل للمرأة لأكثر من 100 عام من المطالبات التي لم تتحول إلى حقيقة ملموسة مستندة على أسس دستورية وقانونية يمكن تحقيقها على أرض الواقع خاصة في العقد الأخير، لذلك ركزت الدراسة على طرح الأطر النظرية لمفهوم تمكين المرأة سياسيا بوجه خاص، وطرح أهم المبادئ والمواد الدستورية التي تدعم تمكين المرأة المصرية في الفترة محل دراسة وعلى اختلاف النظم السياسية التي نادت بالتحول الديموقراطي وضرورة دمج المرأة في الحياة السياسية ودفعها نحو تقلد المناصب الحكومية العليا ومكافحة أي تمييز أو تهميش قد يمارس ضد المرأة في الترقي للمناصب العليا والقيادية مع مراعاة البعد الجندريGender Dimension ، من خلال دراسة البيانات الصادرة بحق تولي المرأة المناصب الحكومية كمؤشر على تمكين المرأة سياسيا في مصر حيث يعتبر التحسن في تلك المؤشرات في الخمس سنوات الأخيرة هو نتيجة إيمان القيادة السياسية بضرورة دمجها سياسيا ودفعها نحو الترقي للمناصب الحكومية العليا بالشكل الذي يتماشى مع التحول الديموقراطي الذي تشهده مصر في الحقبة الأخيرة وكرد لجميل المرأة المصرية لما أظهرته من مواقف بطولية وتضحيات قدمتها على مدار تاريخها الوطني خلال فترة قيام الثورات والاستحقاقات الانتخابية في الفترة الأخيرة.
