المستخلص: إذا ما كانت السياسة الخارجية هي أحد أعمدة الدولة في الخارج والمعبر عن رؤيتها وأهدافها بل وبرامجها وطموحاتها؛ فإن تلك السياسة تستهدف كذلك حماية مقدرات الدولة وإن صح التعبير أمنها القومي، وبالتالي فإن أحد محددات السياسة الخارجية لأي دولة وعلى وجه التحديد السياسة الخارجية المصرية هو حماية الأمن القومي للدولة وذلك من خلال الصلاحيات المبرمة لها وفقا للمؤسسات التشريعية والقانونية وعلى رأسها دستور الدولة. ومن هذا المقام سيسلط الباحث الضوء في هذا الموضع على الأمن القومي في السياسة الخارجية المصرية وذلك من خلال التطرق أولا لمفهوم الأمن القومي وعناصره ناهيك عن محددات الأمن القومي المصري، ثم التطرق إلى محددات السياسة الخارجية المصرية والتي أحد عناصرها الأمن القومي ثم التطرق لثوابت تلك السياسة ومنه لرصد العلاقة الجوهرية بين الأمن القومي المصري وسياسته الخارجية، لذا تم تقسيم هذا البحث إلى محورين، يأتي أولها لتسليط الضوء على الأمن القومي المصري ومحدداته بالإضافة إلى نطاقاته ودوائره ثم لمهددات الأمن القومي المصري، في حين يأتي المحور الثاني للتطرق إلى السياسة الخارجية المصرية من خلال رصد ثوابتها وأهدافها وموقع الأمن القومي من أولوياتها.

If foreign policy is one of the pillars of the state abroad and reflects its vision, goals, and even programs and aspirations; This policy also aims to protect the state’s capabilities, and if it is true its national security, and therefore one of the determinants of a foreign policy of any country and specifically the Egyptian foreign policy is to protect the national security of the state through the powers concluded for it according to the legislative and legal institutions, on top of which is the state’s constitution. From this standpoint, the researcher will shed light in this regard on national security in the Egyptian foreign policy, by first touching on the concept of national security and its elements not to mention the determinants of Egyptian national security, then touching on the determinants of the Egyptian foreign policy, which is one of the elements of national security, then touching on the principles of that policy and from it To monitor the fundamental relationship between Egyptian national security and its foreign policy, so this topic has been divided into two axes, the first of which is to shed light on the Egyptian national security and its determinants in addition to its scope and departments, then to the Egyptian national security threats, while the second axis comes to address the Egyptian foreign policy through monitoring Its fundamentals, goals and national security site are among its priorities.
