المستخلص: لقد جاءت الشريعة الإسلامية لرفع الحرج عن الناس، ودفع الضرر عنهم، وتحقيق مصالح العباد، ولتحل لهم الطيبات، وتحرم عليهم الخبائث، ولتصلح شؤونهم في العاجل والآجل، ومن هذه الأحكام الشرعية الزواج والذي هو سنة الله تعالى في عباده وآية من آياته ولذا كان هذا المشروع لدراسة حالة التعداد في منطقة الجوف دراسة علمية قائمة على الإحصاءات الواقعية ومدى انعكاسها على المجتمع من النواحي الاجتماعية والنفسية والاقتصادية والأخلاقية.
مشكلة البحث: تكمن مشكلة البحث في الإجابة على الآتي: هل ظاهرة تعداد الزواج في منطقة الجوف مشكلة، أم هي حل؟ وما هي آلية التعامل مع التعداد من حيث توسيعه أم إبقاؤه على حاله أم التضييق عليه؟
أسباب اختيار الموضوع: الوقوف على الحالة الواقعية لموضوع تعدد الزوجات في منطقة الجوف، بيان أسباب تعدد الزوجات في منطقة الجوف، توضيح أهم إيجابيات وسلبيات تعدد الزوجات في منطقة الجوف.
أهمية البحث: تعدد الزوجات من المسائل الهامة والتي لها آثارها على المجتمع بمختلف تكويناته، وتزداد هذه الآثار إيجابا أو سلبا لعدة ظروف وأسباب ومعطيات، ولذا تكمن أهمية البحث في الوقوف على هذه الأسباب والمعطيات وعلى الانعكاسات الاجتماعية، لتعدد الزوجات للوصول إلى طريقة وآلية التعامل مع التعدد.
أهداف البحث: التعرف على أسباب انتشار تعدد الزوجات في منطقة الجوف، الوقوف على الانعكاسات الاجتماعية الواقعية لتعدد الزوجات على المجتمع، الوصول إلى طريقة وآلية التعامل مع التعداد من حيث توسيعه، أم إبقاؤه على حاله، أم التضييق عليه.
منهجية البحث: ضمن محورين الأول: نظري والثاني: وصفي وسيأخذ طريقة المسح الميداني.
طرق تحقيق أهداف البحث وإجراءاته: المجال البشري (عينة الدراسة): سيتم اختيار عينة البحث ممن تأثروا بالتعداد سواء أكانوا أزواجا أم أبناء أم آباء، وكذلك المؤسسات ذات الصلة والعلاقة، المجال المكاني: سيتم اختيار عينة الدراسة في منطقة سكاكا، المجال الزمني: عشر سنوات ماضية.
الدراسات الاستطلاعية: يتم إجراء عدة دراسات استطلاعية لتحديد مدى مناسبتها لعينة الدراسة.
تنفيذ البرنامج: يتم تنفيذ محتوى البرنامج المقترح على أفراد عينة الدراسة على جميع الفئات المذكورة بالتزامن مع بعضها البعض.
المعالجات الإحصائية: يتم التعامل مع بيانات الدراسة من خلال المعالجات الإحصائية التالية: المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، اختبار الفروق، النسبة المئوية.
عرض ومناقشة النتائج: يتم عرض نتائج الدراسة في شكل جداول إحصائية وأشكال بيانية ثم مناقشاتها علميا.
الاستنتاجات والتوصيات: اتساقا مع أهداف الدراسة والفروض الموضوعة والعينة المختارة واستنادا إلى النتائج التي يمكن التوصل إليها يتم تحديد استنتاجات الدراسة وتوصياتها.


Islamic law came to spare the embarrassment of people, push away harm from them, achieve the interests of the servants, replace them with goodness, forbid impure things, and reform their affairs in Here and Hereafter. These legal provisions include marriage, which is the Sunnah of Almighty Allah in his servants and a sign among His signs. Therefore, this project to study the polygamy situation in the Al-Jouf area is a scientific study based on realistic statistics and the extent of their social, psychological, economic, and ethical impact on society.
Research problem: The research problem lies in answering the following: Is the phenomenon of polygamy in the Al-Jouf area a problem, or is it a solution? What is the mechanism for dealing with polygamy in terms of expanding it, keeping it intact, or narrowing it down?
Reasons for choosing the subject: To find out the actual situation of the subject of polygamy in the Al-Jouf area, indicate the reasons for polygamy in the area, and clarify the most important pros and cons of polygamy there.
The importance of research: Polygamy is one of the important issues that have implications for society in its various configurations. These implications increase positively or negatively for several circumstances, causes, and realities. Therefore, the importance of research lies in identifying these causes, realities, and social repercussions of polygamy in order to arrive at the method and mechanism of dealing with it.
Research objectives: To identify the causes of the spread of polygamy in the Al-Jouf area, identify the realistic social repercussions of polygamy on society, arrive at the method and mechanism of dealing with polygamy in terms of expanding it, keeping it intact, or narrowing it down.
Research methodology: carried into two axes: first is theoretical and second is descriptive and will take the field survey method.
Ways to achieve research objectives and procedures: Human field (study sample): The research sample will be selected from those affected by polygamy, whether they are spouses, children, or parents, as well as relevant and related institutions. The spatial field: The study sample will be selected in the Sakakah area, Time domain: past ten years.
Surveys: Several exploratory studies are conducted to determine their suitability for the study sample.
Program Implementation: The content of the proposed program is implemented on the study sample members on all listed categories in conjunction with each other.
Statistical Processors: The study data is handled by the following statistical processors: arithmetic mean, standard deviation, test differences, percentage.
Presentation and discussion of results: The results of the study are presented in the form of statistical tables and graphical forms and then scientific discussions.
Conclusions and recommendations: Consistent with the objectives of the study, the assumptions made, and the selected sample and based on the results that can be reached, the conclusions and recommendations of the study are determined.
