المستخلص: تناولنا في هذه الدراسة مفهوم الإدارة بالجودة الشاملة وأهم مبادئها وما لها من أثر على تقدم الدول عالميا على مستوى الأفراد والمؤسسات والحكومات ومن خلال المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي تم دراسة سيرة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وتطبيقاتها لتلك المبادئ في إدارة الجودة الشاملة لحياته صلى الله عليه وسلم دراسة تحليلية ومن أهم مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة هي مبادئ العالم المعروف إدوارد ديمنغ المؤسس لها وقد تم اختيارها لما لها من أهمية كبيرة في أوساط المشتغلين بمفهوم الإدارة بالجودة الشاملة وهي مبادئ تسعة. وفي هذه الدراسة قمنا بشرح مفهوم الجودة الشاملة وأهم نظرياتها وأعطينا نبذة مختصرة عن نشأة المفهوم وتطوره التاريخي ووضحنا ما هي مبادئ إدوارد ديمنغ للجودة الشاملة ولماذا تم اختيارها ثم بينا مفهوم الجودة الشاملة في الإسلام في القرآن والسنة. وعرفنا مفهوم الجودة لغة واصطلاحا وفرقنا بين مفهوم الجودة وما يشابهه من مفاهيم كالتميز والإتقان لفك الإشكال بينهم وزيادة في توضيح المفهوم، ثم تناولنا مبادئ إدوارد ديمنغ في الإدارة بالجودة الشاملة وأهم تطبيقات السيرة النبوية لها. وانتهينا بعدة توصيات منها أن تقرأ السيرة النبوية قراءة فاحصة؛ لأنها معين لا ينضب من الدروس والمفاهيم التي تجعل الحياة أكثر استقرارا وتطورا وكذلك الأخذ بالنظريات الحديثة في علم الإدارة والتي لها دور كبير في نهضة الأمم مما يساعدها في التميز وتحقيق أهدافها.

This study examined the concept of comprehensive quality management and its main principles and effects on the progress of countries globally in terms of individuals, institutions and governments. The biography of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was studied through the inductive and analytical approach and how the principles of comprehensive quality management were applied in the Prophet’s biography through an analytical study and the main principles of comprehensive quality management are the principles of the famous scientist "Edwards Deming", the founder of comprehensive quality management, and these principles have been highlighted because of their significant importance among people who work with the concept of total quality management, and they are nine principles. The study explained the concept of comprehensive quality and its most important theories and mentioned a brief summary of the emergence of the concept and its historical development and clarified Edwards Deming's principles of comprehensive quality and why they were selected, then we clarified the concept of comprehensive quality in Islam from the Qur'an and Sunnah. The linguistic and terminological definition of quality was clarified, as well as the difference between the concept of quality and similar concepts such as excellence and proficiency in order to solve the problem between them and to clarify the concept in more depth, then the study addressed the principles of Edwards Deming in comprehensive quality management and their most important applications within the Prophet’s biography. Several recommendations were concluded, among them that the Prophet’s biography should be read closely because it is one of the lessons and concepts that make life more stable and developed, as well as the introduction of modern theories in management science that have a great role in the renaissance of nations by helping those nations to achieve excellence and objectives.
