Being Aware of these truths recognized by most countries, Morocco has undertaken several legal and institutional reforms; that’s why we will try, In this article, to evaluate these reforms through their genesis and through some of their results: some environmental components such as the quantities of greenhouse gas emissions, especially Carbon Dioxide (CO2), the retreating forests areas, can tell us how effective these reforms are.
