المستخلص: عاش اليهود بين شعوب العالم وخاصة روما، وكانوا مصدر قلق؛ بسبب محاولاتهم فرض عقيدتهم، والتعدي على سلطة روما؛ ولكن أمرت روما بطردهم، ووردت تلك الأحداث على لسان العديد من المؤرخين لصدقها؛ ورأت روما في الشرق قوة تجارية، وأرسلت قوادها للسيطرة على سوريا عام 67 ق.م؛ وتم السيطرة على فلسطين في عام 63 ق.م، وكان هناك صراع بين الأخوة هيركانوس وأرسطوبولس، وتطور هذا الصراع حتى طلب هيركانوس المساعدة من الأنباط في مقابل حصول الأنباط على أملاك؛ ولكن لم يحل الأنباط الصراع بين الأخوة، وفي النهاية طلب الأخوة التدخل الروماني، واستطاع بومبيوس وقف وحل النزاع، وبعدها يحاول اليهود كسب ود الرومان للحصول على امتيازات وصلاحيات من الأباطرة، ومن أمثلة هؤلاء الأباطرة؛ الذين قام اليهود بتقديم المساعدة لهم أثناء الحرب أوكتافيانوس، وأغسطس قيصر؛ ولم تتدخل روما في شئون اليهود في فلسطين؛ بل طلب اليهود التدخل الروماني، وأرسلوا وفد إلى روما للتخلص من سيطرة الحكم الحشموني.

Rome saw in the east a trading power, and sent its leaders to take control of Syria in 67 BC. Palestine was controlled in the year 63 BC, and there was a struggle between the brothers Hyrcanus and Aristobulus, and this conflict developed until Hyrcanus requested assistance from the Nabataeans in exchange for the Nabataeans to obtain property. But the Nabataeans did not solve the conflict between the brothers, and in the end the brotherhood requested the Roman intervention, and Pompeius was able to stop and resolve the conflict, and after that the Jews tried to win over the Romans to obtain privileges and powers from the emperors, and examples of these emperors include To whom the Jews helped during the war Octavianus and Augustus Caesar; Rome did not interfere in the affairs of the Jews in Palestine. Rather, the Jews asked for the Roman intervention, and they sent a delegation to Rome to get rid of the Hasmonean rule.
