المستخلص: لا يهدف البحث في أحكام الجسد وصوره بين الخطاب الفقهي والخطاب الصوفي إلى المقارنة بين تمثلين مختلفين للجسد في الثقافة الإسلامية القديمة وما تقتضيه المقارنة بينهما من رصد لأوجه الائتلاف والاختلاف لأن الفقه والتصوف في اعتقادنا يصدران عن تمثل ديني واحد للجسد ووظائفه وللوجود الفردي والجماعي، ولهذا تركنا سبيل المقارنة الكلاسيكية بين الفقه والتصوف وذهبنا إلى الحفر في طبقات الخطابين معا للكشف عن بعض معاني الوجود الفردي والجماعي والسياسي والديني في الثقافة الإسلامية القديمة. وهي معان تعكس إلى حد بعيد تأويلا ما للنص والوجود على السواء.

Penser les lois du corps et ses images entre le discours des fuqaha’ et le discours des Soufiyya ne vise pas à comparer deux représentations du corps dans la culture islamique traditionnelle. La comparaison est en quelque sorte une différentiation entre deux discours qui ont pensé le corps et ses fonctions à partir de la même imagination religieuse. Et c’est pour cette raison que nous avons laissé la comparaison classique entre ces deux discours et que nous avons choisis creuser au fonds d’eux afin d’arriver à comprendre les sens de l’existence religieuse et politique en islam qui reflètent une interprétation du Texte et de l’Etre en même temps.

The research on the rulings regarding the body and its images within the jurisprudential and Sufi discourses does not aim to compare two distinct representations of the body in ancient Islamic culture. Nor does this comparison require observing aspects of harmony or difference. In our perspective, jurisprudence and Sufism emerge from a unified religious representation of the body, its functions, and individual and collective existence. Rather than engaging in a classical comparison between jurisprudence and Sufism, we delve into the layers of both discourses to unveil meanings related to individual, collective, political, and religious existence in ancient Islamic culture. These meanings provide insights into the interpretation of both the text and existence. This abstract was translated by AlMandumah Inc.
