المستخلص: Cet article présente les notes de lecture d’une littérature variée liée au vaste domaine de la criminologie et plus particulièrement à celui de son épistémologie. Le contenu est centré sur la naissance de cette discipline, tout en traçant le chemin de son aspect scientifique. Ce travail fondé sur l’histoire de la criminologie vise à synthétiser les débats scientifiques entre criminologues de différentes écoles. Cette dernière évoque deux points principaux: l’ordre chronologique des appellations proposées par" la criminologie", notamment l’idée préliminaire relative à 1’"anthropologie criminelle", et à la tendance scientifique, qui souligne l’origine de la criminologie, devenue à ce jour une discipline scientifique.

يستعرض هذا المقال مجموع المراجعات والنقاط المسجلة من خلال قراءات لأدبيات متنوعة في الحقل الواسع لعلم الإجرام (ذو الصبغة السوسيولوجية) وبالخصوص إبستمولوجيته، فمحتوى هذه الورقة يتطرق إلى موضوع نشأة هذا الحقل المعرفي، محاولين شرح مسار علميته، وبالتالي سنواكب تاريخيا علم الإجرام بهدف عمل حوصلة معرفية لنقاش علمي تم بين علماء الإجرام الذين ينتمون إلى مختلف مدارسه. هذه الحوصلة تستثير نقطتين أساسيتين: التتبع الكرونولوي للتسميات التي اقترحت لحقل علم الإجرام وخاصة الفكرة الأولية المتعلقة بالتسمية الأولى وهي الأنثروبولوجيا الجنائية"، ثم ما يتعلق بالتوجه العلمي الذي يصر على أصل علم الإجرام الذي أصبح اليوم تخصصا علميا مستقلا.

This article presents a variety of literature related to the vast field of criminology and more particularly to its epistemology. The content is focused on the emergence of this discipline, while tracing the path to its scientific aspect. This work, based on the history of criminology, aims to synthesise the scientific debates between criminologists from different schools. The latter raises two main points: the chronological order of the names proposed by "criminology", in particular the preliminary idea relating to "criminal anthropology", and the scientific trend, which underlines the origin of criminology, which has become a scientific discipline to date.
