المستخلص: تتمحور هذه المقالة حول التطور التكنولوجي وأهميته في حياة الإنسان وما قدمه من خدمات جليلة في ميادين العلوم والفكر والثقافة وتأثيره في المجال المعلوماتية والاتصال والذي فرض تغيرات في طريقة تعاملنا مع العالم وضاعف دور الوسائط المعلوماتية في تواصلنا مع العالم المحسوس على حساب الإيقاع الحي. حيث أصبحت الثقافة الرقمية تحمل في طياتها رغبة في اتساع النشاطات الإنسانية وإكسابها مجال أرحب وأشمل، وهو ما ساهم في تعدد وتنامي الفنانين في تناول التكنولوجيات الرقمية كوسيلة فنية، استخدمت فيها تقنيات تكنولوجية لتحقيق أعمالهم ولعل هذا ما يتأكد عبر فن الموقع الذي يتشكل ضمن البرمجيات الرقمية التي تساهم فيها الأشكال الافتراضية ضمن الصورة الفوتوغرافية.

Cet article reprend le sujet de développement technologique et son importance dans la vie humaine et ses grands impactes dans les domaines scientifiques, la pensée et la culture, aussi bien dans le domaine informatique et dans la communication. Il a imposé des changements radicaux dans la manière dont nous traitons le monde matériel et renforce le rôle des médias dans notre communication avec le monde. Aujourd'hui la culture numérique porte a la puissance d'élargir les activités humanitaires et de nous donner plus d'inspiration. Elle a contribué aux multiples et aux artistes une croissante adresse technologies numériques comme médium de l'art, a l'aide des technologies techniques qui ont été utilisées pour réaliser leurs affaires. C'est peut-être ce qui rend fréquent l'utilisation du Logiciel virtuel qui se forme au sein de la photo numérique.

This article focuses on technological development and its importance in human life, the great services it has provided in the fields of science, thought and culture, and its impact in the field of information and communication, which imposed changes in the way we deal with the world and doubled the role of information media in our communication with the tangible world at the expense of living rhythm. The digital culture carries with it a desire to expand human activities and give them a broader and more comprehensive scope. This has contributed to the multiplicity and growth of artists in using digital technologies as an artistic means. They used technological techniques to achieve their goals, and perhaps this is confirmed through the art of the site, which is formed within the digital software to which the virtual forms within the photograph contribute.
