|a حاولت في هذا البحث التطرق إلى الفوائد المتحققة من الكلام (بحثا وتحقيقا وتحريرا) في شروط أئمة الحديث المسندِين التي اعتمدوها في المصادر الأصلية للحديث النبوي الشريف، أو نسبها إليهم نقاد هذا الفن. فمهدت للبحث بتحديد المقصود من هذه الشروط ومتى بدأ الكلام عنها من قبِل نقاد الحديث، ثم بينت مسالك هؤلاء النقاد في تعيين هذه الشروط من خلال الوقوف على مظانها، ووسائلهم في الجزم باشتراط المحدثين المسندين لها من خلال التنبيه على تصريحاتهم في مواطنها أو عن طريق سبر واستقراء كتبهم لاستنتاجها. ولما كان الكلام عن هذه الشروط من قبل النقاد مبثوثا في كتب متفرقة متنوعة الفنون، فنجد الكلام عنها في كتب المصطلح وشروح الأحاديث وكتب متونه، وعند المتقدمين كما عند المعاصرين... حرصت على جمع وتحرير ما وقفت عليه منها لأخلص منه إلى تلك الفوائد المذكورة. فانطلقت من تعيين مصادر الحديث الأصلية الأكثر اعتناء بشروطها وبيان سبب ذلك، لأدرس مدى التزام هؤلاء المحدثين المسندين بتلك الشروط، ومدى تأثير ذلك الالتزام على تقديم كتبهم على غيرها وكذا على مدى الانتفاع بها. ولا شك أن هذا الموضوع من الأهمية بمكان، ويتضح ذلك من خلال النتائج والتوصيات التي ذيلته بها. ومن تلك النتائج مثالا لا حصرا التيسير على المشتغلين بالحديث النبوي من خلال اقتصاد الجهود واستغلال الأوقات، حيث يسهل بمعرفتها ودراستها الوقوف على الأحاديث وتيسير الترجيح بينها عند ظهور التعارض. ومن توصياتي للباحثين فيه زيادة العناية بهذا الموضوع خاصة فيما يخص التمييز بين الشروط المصرح بها من أصحابها والشروط الأخرى المستنبطة بالسبر لكتبهم، مما يفيد في تحريرها والذَّود عن أصحابها ممن تنقص كتبهم بناء على ظن بعدم التزامهم لشروط مظنون قصدُها من قبِلهم.

|b I attempted in this work to address the benefits of researching, authenticating and clarifying the restrictions (Shorot) established by the narrating hadith scholars . These shorot are either adopted in the original sources of hadith or attributed to the narrating scholars by hadith critics. I introduced this research by highlighting the purpose of these shorot, and the timeline of their addressing by hadith critics. I then explained the methods that they followed in order to extract these shorot by studying their sources. I also defined the tools that they used in order to attribute these shorot to the narrating hadith scholars; the shorot are either clearly announced, or can be inferred from their books. Not only are the books addressing these shorot spread in terms of the time of their writing, but they are dispersed in different topics, which can vary from hadith “mostalah” to interpretation or “matn”. Therefore, I had to collect and select the pertinent among these available sources. I identified the original sources whose shorot have been studied the most due to reasons which I explained. I then explored the extent of abiding to these shorot by the narrating hadith scholars, and its effect on their book’s importance and reported benefit. The utmost importance of this topic shows in the results and recommendations I have included at the end of this work. These results can, for instance, be leveraged by hadith researchers and save their time and effort, by helping in prioritizing between hadiths in the case of contradiction. An example of recommendations to researchers in this topic is to approach it with more care. For example, it is of paramount importance to distinguish between shorot clearly announced by the narrating scholars, and those inferred from their books. This distinction can avoid misjudging and falsely labeling hadith scholars when they apparently do not respect some of the shorot they are thought to abide by.
