هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز دور القرءان الكريم والحديث النبوي في استنباط الأحكام والعلوم واختلاف القول في ذلك مما يؤدي إلى سعة الاستنباط كل حسب مشربة، وما يهبه الله له من الحكم والفهم والعلم بكتاب الله تعالى. كما هدفت الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على منهج الإمام الألوسي في تفسيره مازجا بين الإشارة والعبارة، والمفردة والتركيب، والرواية والدراية، وتوازنه بين فهم عصر السلف والخلق في حلة سماها روح المعاني. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي وخلصت إلى نتائج منها: كشف قطب من أقطاب علم التفسير وحياة رمز من رموزه وهو الإمام الألوسي، الموازنة بين السلوك الصوفي الخلقي والمنهج السلفي الشرعي. من خلال أراء الإمام الألوسي التأويلية. تحقيق القيمة العلمية للتفسير الإشاري بين القبول والرد. توصي الدراسة بتضافر جهود المهتمين بالتفسير لإبراز التراث الإسلامي في أبهى صوره، وإخراج الإرث التفسيري للناس بصورة ينتفع بها الناس، بمختلف مجالاتهم.
The study aimed to highlight the role of the Holy Qur’an and Prophetic Hadith in devising rules and sciences, and the difference in what is said in that, which leads to the capacity of deduction each according to his method, and what Allah gives him of Judgment, understanding and knowledge in the Book of Allah. The study also aimed to shed light on the approach of Imam Alusi in his interpretation, mixing reference and phrase, lexes, and syntax, narration and the know-how, and its balance between understanding the era of the predecessor and the successor in a garment called the spirit of meanings. The study followed the analytical inductive approach and concluded with results such as: revealing one of the poles of the science of interpretation and the life of one of its symbols, the Imam Alusi, the balance between moral and ethical behavior and the Salafi-Sharia approach through the interpretations of Imam Alusi interpretation. Achieving the scientific value of the indicative interpretation between acceptance and response. The study recommends the concerted efforts of those interested in the interpretation to highlight the Islamic heritage in its best form, and to direct the explanatory legacy of people in a way that benefits people in many fields.
