|a تهدف الدراسة -إلى تحديد احتياجات العاملين بالقطاع غير الرسمي والمساهمة النظرية في وضع استراتيجيات تدمج الاقتصاد غير الرسمي كمتغير في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة وكذلك وضع مؤشرات تعمل على زيادة مساهمة القطاع غير الرسمي في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة وتحديد المعوقات التي تؤثر على الاقتصاد غير الرسمي وبالتالي على تحقيق التنمية المستدامة وأخيرا التوصل إلى مقترحات أو سياسات تفيد النهوض بالقطاع غير الرسمي. وقد اتضح من نتائج الدراسة الميدانية لمجتمع البحث وجود علاقة ارتباطية قوية بين متغيرات الدراسة وظهرت تلك العلاقة جلية في المصفوفة الارتباطية لمتغيرات الدراسة بالاستبيان المطبق على القيادات الرسمية عند مستويات الدلالة المتعارف عليها وهذا يحقق صحة الفرض الثاني ويؤكد العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة واتفاق مجتمع البحث في العديد من الاستجابات التي تؤكد الترابط بين متغيرات الدراسة من خلال عرض لأوجه الاتفاق والاختلاف بين استجابات الوحدات الأساسية وغير الأساسية. وقد اتفقت القيادات الرسمية مع القيادات الطبيعية في تحديد أهم العوامل التي أدت لظهور الأنشطة الاقتصادية غير الرسمية وكانت مرتبة كالآتي: ارتفاع معدلات البطالة، انتشار معدلات الفقر، انخفاض أجور الموظفين، الارتفاع المستمر في أسعار السلع. ويستنبط من ذلك أن هناك مجموعة من الضغوط والعوامل التي أدت لظهور الاقتصاد غير الرسمي كنتيجة للمتغيرات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية المتلاحقة وتأثيره على سوق العمل وعلى المواطن البسيط.

The official leaders agreed with the natural leaders to identify the most important factors that led to the emergence of informal economic activities and were ranked as follows: high unemployment rates, widespread poverty rates, low wages of employees, and continuous rise in commodity prices. It follows from this that there is a set of The pressures and factors that led to the emergence of the informal economy as a result of the successive political, economic, social and cultural changes and its impact on the labor market and the simple citizen.
