المستخلص: يتناول البحث بالدراسة، مجمع الآلهة في كل من مملكتي يمخد وإيمار في فترة الألف الثاني قبل الميلاد، ودور العامة في أداء الطقوس والشعائر الدورية لإحياء المناسبات الدينية، بما يتوافق مع إمكانات وظروف البيئة المحيطة؛ من خلال التعريف بالدور الديني المميز لكل منهما، مع الإضاءة على فكرة نشوء المعتقد الديني والارتباط الوثيق لذلك مع مظاهر وقوى الطبيعة، فبقيت حلب تتمتع بدور ديني بارز على الرغم من غياب الدور السياسي في المرحلة اللاحقة لفترة مملكة يمخد، وبقيت آلهتها الآلهة الرئيسة لكل القوى المسيطرة والتي استمدت منها أسس عبادتها، وتميزت إيمار من خلال الجانب الروحي لها بتأكيد وتوضيح فكرة تماسك وتعاون طبقات المجتمع الإيماري، فضلاً عن تجسيدها لفكرة التسامح الديني من خلال مكتشفات أحد المعابد التي أظهرت تقديس جميع الآلهة فيه وهي ميزة من مزايا المعتقد الديني في منطقة الشرق القديم.

The research deals with the Synod of the Gods in each of the kingdoms of Yamḫad and Emar in the period of the second millennium BC, and the role of the public in performing the rituals and rituals adopted to revive the religious occasion, in line with the capabilities and circumstances of the surrounding environment; by defining the distinctive religious role of each of them, while highlighting the idea of the emergence Religious belief and the close association of this with the appearances and powers of nature,. where Aleppo continued to enjoy a prominent religious role in spite of the absence of a political role in The post Yamhad period . and their gods remained the main gods of all the dominant forces from which she derived the foundations of her worship and Emar was distinguished by the spiritual aspect that clearly demonstrated the unity of power and the people in the course of the religious ritual and its association with the collective food tables . which ultimately symbolized the idea of the cohesion and cooperation of the classes of The Emar society, as well as its embodiment of the idea of religious tolerance through the discoveries of one of the temples that showed the sanctification of all the gods in it, a feature of religious belief the region of the ancient East
