تستهدف هذه الدراسة إبراز التزام أئمة النقد وعلماء الحديث وإظهارهم بتطبيق مبدا العدل في الحكم على الرجال، وقبول مروياتهم أو ردها، من خلال منهجية التتبع والاستقراء ثم التحليل لبيان المدلول، وإبراز الصورة الحقيقية التي سار عليها أئمتنا وعلماؤنا، في تطبيق مبدأ العدالة في نقد الرجال عند أئمة الحديث، وذلك بعد التعريج على مكانة العدالة بالقول والشهادة في الإسلام، وكيف استثنى العلماء عملية نقد الرواة من الغيبة المحرمة بضوابط محددة وواضحة. وقد خلص الباحث إلى جملة من النتائج، أبرزها: مصاحبة العدل والإنصاف لعمليتي الجرح والتعديل، وحرص أئمة النقد وعلماء الحديث على وضع قواعد ومنطلقات يسيرون عليها في نقد الرجال والحكم عليهم، ومدى التزامهم بتطبيقها، وأنه لا مكان للمجاملات والعواطف في منهجية أئمة النقد وعلماء الحديث. وقد أوصى الباحث: باستخراج كنوز منهجية رافقت عملية النقد والجرح التعديل من قبل علماء المسلمين وأئمة الدين، وإظهار دقة المنهج وقوة التصور لدى علماء المسلمين في فحص السنة ورواياتها، للرد على كل شبهات المغرضين والمستشرقين ومن على شاكلتهم. Ages ago, the process of acceptance of Hadith narration or rejecting had been subjected to tremendous efforts, careful and accurate studies, and reached pure and refined results, accompanied by a precise approach based on honesty, justice and fairness. This study aimed to highlight and demonstrate the commitment of Imams of Hadith criticism and Hadith scholars. It is to apply the principle of justice in judging men and accept their narrations or reject them, through the methodology of tracking and extrapolation, and the analytical approach to indicate the significance, and highlight the true image that our Imams and scientists took, in applying the principle of justice in the science of the criticism of men for Hadith Imams. That is after stopovers on the status of justice in words and testifying in Islam, and how scientists excluded criticism of the narrators of the prohibited backbiting with clear and specific process controls, which the researcher concluded in a number of highlights : Accompanying justice and fairness to the processes of criticism and amendment, And how the Imams of criticism and Hadith scholars were keen to set rules and starting points in criticizing and judging men, and the greatness of their commitment to apply them. There is no place for compliments and emotions in the methodology of critical imams and Hadith scholars. The researcher has also recommended: extraction of Methodological treasures accompanied the process of criticism, and amendment by Muslim scholars and Imams of religion, and show the accuracy of the method and the power of perception among Muslim scholars in examining the Sunnah and its narrations, to respond to all suspicions of orientalists and the like. |
